My order still not delivered for almost 3 months

Watch band is smaller than stated. Poor communication and now refuses to respond to read messages. Three months later and I still haven’t received extra links as promised.

I am still waiting for my product .. it's been since Nov !!

It took a lot longer to receive my purchase and they never responded to any of my emails. I even disputed the charge on my credit card and had ample proof with all of my ignored emails. Then 3 months later my purchase arrived in the mail

It’s scam/ fraud Be careful Bought on 25th Jan 2023 and was not delivered yet even I email them but no answer so far I’m going to report Regulator to investigate if fraud or not DO NOT BUT ANY STUFF!

Delivery was extremely late, the quality is far below standard and much below its advertised qualities. It also has nothing to do with Italy and shouldn’t be called made in Italy.

Super unreliable - probably the worst I’ve seen in years. The jury is still out on whether they are intentional scammers or just don’t have a clue about what they’re doing. Responding to their answer below. I opened a dispute months after the product ordered was not delivered. I got a refund from my bank. Then they sent the strap and out of a sense of fairness, I asked the bank to release the payment. Liars and cheats. I sent many emails to follow up but they would rarely respond and when they responded it was with no meaningful information. The only thing they responded it to is my bank withdrawing the payment. The second episode on the discounted strap - their website had no mention of how to use the discount and all emails went unanswered. Liars and thieves.

THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY!!! They never ship the product, they keep on telling lies until you give up. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
