Customer Service doesn’t respond and they don’t send you back a return label

Worst and most unreliable customer service. No updates provided regarding the product throughout the waiting period even thought they demanded payment right away. No update that the company itself was unhappy with its product. I requested updates several times and finally a refund r when l received no answer. When I finally received an answer for refund request on 12/20, they told me to wait 3 business days. It is now 1/12/23 and no word on any refund. They leave me my message “on read” on Instagram and do not reply to any emails. Untrustworthy company. I’d happily take my business elsewhere, but still demand my refund for a service that was not provided. UPDATE 3/28/23 --- I received my refund on 2/6/23, and while they were helpful in the end, it should not have taken months to resolve this issue. I had sent multiple emails without reply and had to badger them relentlessly on Instagram for word on the status of my purchase as well as a refund when it was made known to me that the product would not be completed in timely manner. I have only updated this review since they asked me on Instagram to do so. I would still not recommend doing business with this company.

I received my product as ordered…I needed extra links, so I requested to purchase the extra links…after multiple emails I was told that I should have received extra links in my initial package…I informed the company this was not the case. They said they would look into it, that was months ago, and no further response after repeated inquiries…very POOR Customer Service…FYI my information is here..Order #SL7213 if the company EVER decides to work on my issue…

Great buy, nice clean, just perfect

I ordered since June 8, 2022 the good not arrive till now, I complain via email this company never reply, I complained via IG they delete my post. my ORDER # SL7215

Company never sent me my free band. It was supposed to be buy one get one. Also never sent me the tool to make the strap shorter. I had to go pay a Jewler. Poor company. I emailed and dmed and commented on their posts and they just erased it.
