Took a long time to receive the goods after paying for them. Ability to contact was hard, only one response on multiple emails. The goods had no instruction manual at all, and it needed it. Very detailed and small work required took me ages to finally get strap sorted and work out how the mechanism came apart to insert watch body. Had to do some guess work after hitting YouTube for different but similar setups. Product after one week seems ok.

The quality and presentation of the product are not what I expected. I feel ripped off. It looks much better in the social media photos, with polished metal. What I received was a cruder, lower-quality product; it's not premium in any way, not in the details, the packaging, or anything else. I would pay around $80-$100 for this product, but not what it costs. Furthermore, the shipping process was cumbersome and slow. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The clasp keep on opening

Slow response times, didnt honor discount, then refunded less than agreed upon amount. Case / watch band is nice, but silicon cover is too tight to fit in right.
