I received the new case and band and my watch looks fantastic. It's exactly how it looked online. I also have been in touch with customer service and they have been extremely helpful and replied quickly to my questions. I'd recommend this product to any apple watch owner.

I, unfortunately, did not read the reviews before I ordered, it's been 16 days and I have yet to receive my order and my emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Hopefully, I can dispute the charges with my CC

Dear Customer, We apologize for the incident. you probably purchased over the weekend and we were unable to respond in time and our partners shipped both orders as soon as possible. in fact, your customer profile shows both orders shipped and delivered. SL8122 and SL8123. Although both were delivered, we just refunded SL8123 by giving her a product freebie.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your honest feedback, it seems very strange to me that no one has ever responded to your inquiries and we will investigate this. In any case, if you provide us with the size of your Apple Watch we will provide an immediate replacement and then you will be contacted later with directions on how and where to return the old wrong order
