The Serafino Luxury Apple Watch case is an elegant luxury accessory crafted with fine italian leather. With impeccable design and wide range of customation options, it provides reliable protection without compromising the watch's usability. The packaging and attention to detail add an exclusive touch. Highly recommended for luxury and tech enthusiasts.

I like it. It’s more comfortable like this. A lot of people keep asking me. I think it is cool. Thanks

Never received my order
Response from SerafinoluxuryJun 16, 2023
Dear Customer, Your order was never shipped because you never gave us any indication of the size of your Apple watch, you can check in your order confirmation email you never specified the size of your Apple Watch it says "choose size". We tried to contact you several times by email but we never received a reply, probably our email went into the SPAM folder, anyway if you provide us the model and size of your Apple Watch we will ship your order by Express shipping and you will receive your order in a few days. Thank you for choosing us

Very satisfied with the product, I have already placed 3 orders, 1st order I just got on time, however my second order it take ages to come, but I got my product safely, my 3rd order also came on time, so I am not disappointed with anything because in the end I got my orders perfectly in very good condition and I am very much satisfied with the products. In the coming day still I will place more orders. 5* product.

Apple watch case was too big and not what I was looking for so I tried to return it and got ghosted.. no response to any of my e-mails. Even tried to get ahold of them on instagram and nothing. Not saying it’s a scam.. but terrible customer service and I am still stuck with a product I don’t want.

I have received your response to my complaint. I have gone through all my spam and other emails and have not found any communication from you. However, the crucial issue here is that I haven't received the product I ordered, even after several months. The product I placed an order for is an Apple Watch Ultra 49mm, as can be seen in my initial order. I am eagerly awaiting your response.

The shipping: bad, late with poor tracking. Product: good quality straps very premium however, by design, i will not be able to use the ECG through the crown. That made it difficult for me to continue using it as i need to measure my ECG daily
Response from SerafinoluxuryJun 16, 2023
Dear Customer, We conducted a lot of tests before we put our products on the market, and we can say that the ECG function is not compromised by using our cases. We did a live broadcast on our IG page @serafinoluxury, where we demonstrated that the function is not compromised, I invite you to see the live broadcast saved on our page. If you are experiencing problems with the ECG function, your Apple Watch probably needs assistance, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us at our email address [email protected]
