I love shopping online Sephora's website, and orders are always shipped out quickly. No matter how large or small my order is, Sephora always takes preference and does equally good customer service. I love the free returns and the flexible return policy too. The rewards program is great, and I love the freebies at the end of checkout. Sephora's own line of products is also surprisingly good quality too! I love their eye crayons. They have a wide range of products and a lot of luxury brands too. I like that when my foreign friends introduce me to a product, it can be purchased easily at Sephora. The only problem I had was that I got someone else's receipt in my box (had their address and everything), and I was just worried that someone else had my receipt. Good thing I didn't have to return anything from that order, because that would have been a mess. I'm just thankful my things arrived at my door.

I shop at Sephora a lot since I'm a beauty junkie. What I really dislike about Sephora is the disparity to their online Canadian customers. They charge duty taxes when you shop online but don't reimburse the customer for this when you return the item in store with your packing slip receipt. They say the packing slip is all you need for relevant payment information which is not true. Sephora conveniently omits what they charged for duty so you have to prove what was actually paid with separate credit card receipts on top of your packing slip. Most of the time the in store staff have no idea how to refund the extra amount paid for duty. This is a separate tax from the provincial sales taxes and it's such a huge hassle and a rip off. At least 1/4 of the time, shipped items are damaged or incorrect which just adds to the frustration of the above mentioned. Lastly, the points earned do not match your purchase either. You earn less points online than you do in store, but if you return in store then they take off more than they gave you! Sephora, your international customers are equally important; fix these issues please or I will shop elsewhere.

I have always loved the experience of Sephora--makeup, nail polish, perfume galore! And the online experience does not disappoint. The website has a great selection online and as a bonus you get to add three free samples to your order. Plus there are always a variety of freebies and promos that you are eligible for. The nicest part is that if you are dissatisfied you can return the item to a store--no questions asked, even if it used. This has made me a more loyal customer over time as the competition rises. My online orders have always arrived in good order and on time. Keep it up Sephora!

I love how sephora makes it easy to find new products. The customer reviews are super helpful, and they have a great return policy if you need to send something back.

I love the beauty products they offer online, however their customer service is terrible!!! I agree with the reviewer below who said that they send you robot responses. Whenever I email their customer service I never get a human response
