Great white truffle even though I didn't get to share in it - greedy family!

I ordered 00 flour--which can be gotten elsewhere--a jar of nduja, and a cured tuna heart, which cannot be gotten many places. They arrived smartly and immaculately packaged, perfectly intact, fresh and with their ice packs still stiff with cold. This gourmet care package traveled 3300 miles in exemplary fashion...thanks, Sensibus...till next time

Soft cheese came open in the box and contaminated by packing material. When I complained I was told I had to prove my case with photos. To be disbelieved told me this company is not one I ever want to deal with again. Larry Wiener I have no photo because as soon as the opened cheese arrived with packing material in it I cleaned it up by throwing away the damaged cheese, about half, put it into a clean bowel. The garbage man has taken away the damaged package. If you can't trust a first time customer, you don't deserve my business. Larry

I've ordered twice - I have tried and tried to get Fontina cheese here in the US. All of it has been hard and dry like parmigiana...until now
