When I place this order
When I place this order, there was no acknowledgement via a confirming email that the order had gone through. This is not surprising because it has happened before with you. What is happening here?

Paid for next day delivery and got it a day late. Contacted customer service and to ask why. No response. Never received a confirming email on the order or the ten percent coupon for the next order. Disappointing.

Good quality of products but poor customer service. My order was shipped incomplete, no answer after 2 weeks.

I ordered thousands of dollars of fresh cheese in the last few years, most of the time , they either screw up the order all together, or more often than not, they send already expired cheese, or in the very verge of going bad. I just spend again $175.00, three days ago, and I had to put half of the order in the garbage. Their customer service is a joke and they always refuse to fix the problem, no refunds, no reshipping or the messed up items. Sadly there aren’t other places that I know of , to purchase what I need, but I will shop around , because I’m sick and tired to , literally throw money in the garbage, every time I purchase, from them.

Dear Carmela, While we have appreciated your patronage over the last two years, we are surprised by this comment that you have had nothing but problems with your orders. Also, the order that was most recently sent to you was well within the parameters of fresh cheese. We notified you with the exact expiration dates and to date none of the cheeses that were sent to you have even expired. We have been responsive to your emails and voicemails despite the offensive and rude language that you have used. For a customer who has ordered from us in the past, you should be very well versed in our shipping policies for example. You placed this order on a Saturday and before Monday even rolled around you were using expletive language on our voicemail and email system. We remind you that it states very clearly on our website that orders do not ship on Saturdays and Sunday but ship on the first business day which is Monday. This is exactly what was done. Our customer service is geared to provide complete satisfaction however using language of such a rude nature does not make our team any more or less responsive. We do offer refunds, we always try to fix any problem within reason and we have had a very good success rate with customer satisfaction. Our business would not thrive if we constantly sent inferior or rotten product. We stand behind our quality and our customer service team. Perhaps if you were more reasonable in your approach to human interaction you would find that people would want to help you even more. Kind Regards

I contacted Sensibus due to a butter product being stale. Once I emailed CS, I received a phone call the same day and they advised me they will be checking the stock and contacting me the following day. 2 days later I have not heard back and I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I've had to throw away $60 worth of butter due to the issue

The Gres Champenois cheese was very good. The butter was, well, quite boring and no different than what we can get at a convenience store. I wish I could remember the name of the hard orange cheese so I don’t ever buy it again. 100% of everyone who tried it said was inedible. All in all it wasn’t worth the $50 paid for the entire package as a Christmas gift.
