My products were received warm when cold items were included. Jars were broken and charcuterie meats were dated to expire in a few weeks. I sent pictures and an email asking that this shipment be replaced but have had no follow up. In the past my experience was a good one so this is very disappointing.

Shipment did not arrive on time, and I was directed to call Periship for updates. Periship advised that the holdup was with FedEx and that I would receive my package the following day. I never did receive the package. I tried calling the customer service line for Sensibus, but after telling you to hold on the line for the next available representative the phone line hangs up on you. Over the course of the next five days I sent multiple emails to all three of the email addresses I could find for Sensibus to get a replacement, and no one ever responded. I am now going to have to dispute the charges with my credit card provider.

My delivery was one day late, thanks to Periship (Fed Ex). My cheeses were completely melted, and the interior of the box was actually hot. I threw all but the Grana Padano away, as I couldn't trust it. This was not Sensibus' fault, but I notified them immediately, but have yet to hear back as to what they are going to do. Poor customer service.

Everything was fine, arrived on time. Tried cheese over next few days. One cheese was so hard we could not cut it and it eventually shattered when we did managed to cut it. Sent an email to customer care and never received an answer. Did receive a phone message, tried to return call but asked for extension which I did not have as it was not left in message. emailed customer care agin and have heard nothing. Other cheese were fine but service is TERRIBLE

I place one order for Olives and after they arrived I sent an email to the company asking the shelf life and or refrigeration. It's been more than 2 weeks and I have not received a response. I am concerned about consuming them now and may just trash them as opposed to take a risk.

The worst customer service you could ever find in the history of e-commerce! They may offer and sell exclusive products but beware of how they transact with customers. They have a toll-free number that you can call but with no live agent to speak to when you have any concerns with your order. They can only call you and relay info such as unavailable items over the phone and refuse to have anything documented in writing or by email. The worst part? They do not issue refunds/credits for unavailable items that were not shipped in the order! Stay away

Unsatisfied with Sensibus customer service. I called customer service (number on website and email) several times and I always got a recording, I wasn't able to talk to a real person. I had a concern with my late arrival of my package. I sent an email like the recording suggested and it's been two weeks and I still haven't heard back from Sensibus.

Never answere my email or contacted me regarding my products purchased. All of them arrived damaged.
