It's smart, it's fairly easy to use once you've gone through the Youtube tutorials. I can put the same person in different list and it's not counted as a duplicate. It can help me pull a smart email campaign from the blog I put up. I can tag and send only to those tagged as e.g. "X". For these, it wins the Marketing platform I'm using now. My only gripe is the BUTTON LINK is always giving my recipients the same problem. For every email sent, I have to reply at least 15 emails to why it says "Too many...after I clicked", "Is the server busy"? And the reply from SendFox is that if there are 5 clicks from the same IP address, the link won't work. And TBH, I've also tested it as a recipient for all my emails. Sometimes the 1st click may not even work - so odd! I checked to the Support Team, there's nothing they can do. So now, I have to type out the URL and inform ppl to Copy and Paste the URL to another browser. It's a bummer and I wish the Sendfox team can fix this cos I can have more than 5 people within the same company clicking the email that I sent.

Sendfox only sends to 10% of your list
Sendfox only sends to 10% of your list, saying it's optimizing them for your benefit. It's not a benefit, and it is a waste of time and effort.
The comments below do not help. It is a bait and switch tactic. No where does it state on any of their purchasing features that it will restrict your emails to 10% or obviously one wouldn't purchase it.

Hi Bill,
As we mentioned in our support channel, your account was automatically optimized becaue of the low stats on one of the emails you sent.
We Optimize because we have to — Google forces our hand to make sure senders on our tool are following best practices when sending. Check out our FAQ for more details.
The Anti-Spam team at Google is agnostic about who is affected, the reasons why, or anything like that. They just look at the data.
And if results are "worse" than what they view as in-line for what they expect from a sender, they'll not only spam block your entire domain (thus ruining your deliverability), but they'll also damage our tool's sending reputation. This would cripple our business, so obviously we take it very, very seriously. We've even talked to the team lead at the Google Anti-Spam team to make sure we were following their policies as best as we can.
Similarly, our system auto-Optimizes when results are 3x (or more) worse than industry standards. The general industry standards are available in a few places, but one of the more public places is on Mailchimp's page here - https://mailchimp.com/resources/email-marketing-benchmarks/.
Just keep your bounce rate and unsubscribe lower than ~3x what's listed on the page above, and your open rate better than 3x lower than average.
As long as you do those things, you won't be Optimized. Just keep decent core metrics, and you'll be fine.
And, also want to be clear to properly manage expectations: We've extended a few complimentary de-Optimizations at this point, which is a rarity, so want to be clear it's not something we can keep doing on your account — both so that Google doesn't spam block your domain and so our business doesn't get crippled.

SendFox Review
SendFox is easy to setup and use. The user interface is simple to understand. I set it up with a WordPress site. And if you are new to email marketing and have a limited budget, SendFox might be the platform for you. You can set up a email Newsletter easily with SendFox, too.
There are videos on YouTube to get you started or to better understand the platform. I also found their Support Desk responsive and very helpful.
