Needs a zero star- flowers arrived wilted and half dead. Best they would do was a 50% refund, oh and they don’t use local florists. Spend your money elsewhere!!

My first order as a new customer, ordered Easter gifts basket for my grand kids they were not delivered. I called SF they said they were sorry they would be delivered the next day they said I would get the delivery refund. Never got refund called SF they refunded it. Then placed another order told them I had an email I had earned 12.07 can I use that? Chris the rep said is there a code I said no he said cant use it, but they sent me the email. WTH. Then I had another for free ship for mothers day he said I would get that, they did not. Had to call back today to demand that return. They disconnected the call did not bother calling back I had to call them back. They said they will refund, 2x dealing with this nonsense over an hour on hold I'm done will never order from them again and will never recommend them.

Ordered 4 “ Baskets” of flowers for my daughters for May Day... none of the flowers looked anything like what I picked from pictures.. none of the flowers were in baskets... they were in ugly plain glass and the flowers didn’t even come close to resembling the pictures I selected... plus I ordered candy to go with flowers and they charged me but didn’t deliver the chocolates.... and was a very sketchy delivery service just a couple of women in a beat up old car!!! Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!!

Awful. Never delivered the balloons I ordered for my daughter's birthday. out $50 and three calls to customer service without any resolution. TERRIBLE.

Please, don’t use. The website is a second party flower delivery service. You order the flowers and they send it to the nearest florist that works through them. The flowers I ordered were not the correct bouquet AND they were delivered almost two weeks early when I asked them to be sent on May10th (says their system didn’t show this)! I only got a refund for $7 out of $50.20 because I didn’t want to get the flowers re-delivered from the same disrespectful florist it came from. Very disappointing.

Horrible! I ordered bouquet for my good friend whose sister died I was guaranteed same-day delivery and they never delivered! I called them and they promised me that she would get them the next day by noon it is now 4 p.m. and she still hasn't received them! Will never ever ever use this place again buyer beware don't use this company they don't care! Update: flowers just got there and they are NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED OR PAID FOR!!!!!! AM REVERSING CHARGE ON CREDIT CARD!!!!

Flowers did not get delivered on time and they cancelled my order without me even saying so, just because I complained I shouldn’t have to pay the fee. Horrible, never using them again.

It’s such a bad or worse company. If I can put no star I will but no choice. They never deliver and pay even extra for the deliver that they never deliver. The sad part we expect for them to deliver for my mother birthday and she never got anything. I hate to leave a review like this but I don’t want to happen this to anybody else.
