Gutted I didn’t read these reviews before ordering...flowers were cheap and nasty. Nothing like the photo.

Terrible. Only wish I had read reviews before I ordered . Paid $40 for flowers and balloon. Charged $19 delivery and tax .. flowers for my sisters 50th were delivered, but they looked nothing like the bunch I ordered didn’t have a balloon or a bow round the vase. In fact it just looked like a cheap supermarket bunch . They refunded me $18 .....! And offered a re delivery ... bit late the day after my sisters birthday and the whole bunch was not worth $18 ... never mind the $ 40 I have now paid with delivery . I will never order from this company again , and if you want special flowers delivered then I’d advise you not too either

I ordered flowers from this company for my mother they were never delivered on the date specified but they charged my card right away. I called and they assured they would go out today but that did not happen either. They often don't answer the phone I had to call several times.... very disappointing

Paid 160 for nothing it was suppose to be a hersey basket no hersey candy basket was far from deluxe was a super small dollar store basket large teddy bear was the size of a carnival consolation prize and no balloons I order 5 mylar and 5 latex balloons and none came with it

I ordered flowers from the UK to be delivered to a family member in Arizona. The flowers were delivered same day & I received an email confirmation when they had! Was very happy as was a bit nervous after reading previous reviews. Flowers were lovely. Also they have a live chat feature if you need to ask any questions regarding your order. Thank you! X

I wish I looked at reviews before ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral! Was told by email the flowers were not delivered due to not being at funeral home receptionist at funeral home stated no one tried to deliver flowers called and was on hold for 20mins a lady got on the line placed me on hold hung up I called again and was given the run around will never use again!!

I wish I could have check reviews yesterday before ordering the flowers fir my friend. I saw a beautiful bouquet on this website and after I received an email saying she got them I asked her for s picture and OMG what she received was nothing like I ordered, missing a lot of rosses and look like my 6 year old did it some of the flowers same type were together and not spread terrible terrible, looked a lot cheaper bouquet that the one i ordered. This website should not exist!! They lie to customers

The worst flower delivery ever! They will deliver the flowers when they want, NOT on the day you choose. So many other companies out there to buy from. Do yourself a favor and use another company. Will never order flowers from SendFlowers.com again!
