My daughter ordered a house plant on Monday to be delivered on Saturday for Mother’s Day and this company let her down and me as well. She called today and was told that they could deliver on Thursday for 40% off. How about you deliver when requested. Do not trust this company. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and we will be waiting on our refund within 1-3 days if it is not there we will report them to the Attorney Generals Office. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Order from Proflowers.com they have amazing customer service and if your delivery isn’t there on time they give you a refund.

Awful. Just awful!!!! I am so incredibly angry right now. I ordered Mother's day flowers on May 1st to be delivered the DAY BEFORE (the 9th) Mother's Day. The florist never delivered them, so I called ON Mother's Day early in the morning and Sendflowers apologized and said the florist would definitely have them out today (Mother's Day). This was after being on hold for 20 minutes, getting disconnected and having to call back again and wait another 20. 5:00pm on Mother's Day (Sunday) my mother had not received her flowers. So I called Sendflowers again. After 35 minutes on hold, was told NOW that "because of the amount of orders, the pandemic, and lack of flowers" that they will not be delivered until WEDNESDAY. I cancelled my order. I am so livid right now. Not only would it not be delivered on Mother's Day (after I had ordered 10 days prior, and was supposed to be delivered on SATURDAY) but it now wouldn't even be delivered on time for Mother's Day. I asked which florist it was and they wouldn't tell me!!!! That's such BS!! Why would they tell me the morning of Mother's Day that it wouldn't be delivered instead of PROMISE it would (then later told its because they have a lack of flowers!!??) GTFO. I'm so mad. I drove around at 5:30p at night looking for some left over flowers I could give my mom. Finally found some unbloomed flowers and gave them to her at 8pm! Had they notified me sooner that they wouldn't be able to complete that delivery, I would have been able to get my MOTHER something DECENT. They had no remorse what so ever. I will NEVER be using them again, and I will be telling my friends also.

Horrible company. I used them for Mothers day and wanted them delivered Saturday 5-9. My mom waited all day and no flowers delivered. They gave me the run around and sent me an email that they would refund 40% of my order. I'm telling them right now if I don't receive a 100 % refund were going to have a problem. Everyone needs to report them to the better business bureau. Honestly as many people that have complained this should be reported to the media.

This company should be put out of business they are scammers who only care about taking people’s money. I tried ordering some flowers to be delivered to my bfs moms apartment as today is her birthday and tomorrow is Mother’s Day. However, come to find out they were never delivered and when I call to see why they have not been delivered is because they state that the address I gave them is wrong. Clearly though I did give them the correct address but they tell me I need to contact UPS to tell them they can deliver to said address. Why is this my job when you had the right address the entire time. The lady I spoke to didn’t even say sorry let alone even pretend like she cares. I’m now doubting they were even sent at all and they probably thought they could just get away with taking my money and me not saying anything. I requested a refund on my order which they state is in the process but I’ll be surprised if I actually get my money back. Lesson learned I will read the reviews of the flower company I order from in the future because this horrible excuse of a flower company is nothing but a waste of time and a joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK!!!

Horrible experience, I ordered Mother's Day flowers on April 25 for a May 8 delivery and its end of the day on the 9th and still no flowers!!

Paid $85 for flowers with Roses, Lilies and Iris'. Got Carnations and week old lilies delivered. I ordered blue and orange, I got white and red. It's ridiculous. If you had a bad experience with this company, I URGE you to spread the word. Twitter, instagram, facebook, reddit, google, yelp, friends/family! IF YOU PAID VIA CREDIT CARD, OPEN A DISPUTE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET A REFUND! IF YOU PAID VIA PAYPAL, OPEN A CLAIM FOR ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED TO GET A REFUND! This company does NOT deserve your money for the crap they send out!

I ordered my mom and my mother in-law flowers for Mother's Day. I went with the "best value" deluxe and premium set of flowers. My mother in-law for her flowers today; half of them were wilted and dead and didn't even have the scent of flowers. They were overpriced and charged extra for a clear vase. Their deluxe best value consists of a handful of dead flowers and leafy greens for decoration. It was not worth the price tag!! Considering my mother in-laws flowers were mostly dead for next day delivery; I expect my moms bouquet will probably be the same way. Don't waste your money; find a professional florist!!

I ordered a lovely sunflower bouquet for my Mother's Birthday. There were no sunflowers and the bouquet looked cheap. Customer Service offered a replacement with the correct flowers and sent the same cheap, incorrect flowers again. When I shared my dissatisfaction with Customer Service, they offered a $20 coupon for another purchase. I declined and asked for a total refund. It should be put back on my credit card in a few days. Fingers crossed.
