STAY AWAY!!! What my friend received was completely different than what I paid for. Not even close. They said they had to use alternative flowers but you tell me, do they look like 'alternative'?? I also ordered Happy Birthday balloons and other 3 colored balloons but they never arrived either. They substituted those 4 with this one smiley balloon that I never wanted. They just print the card in a normal A4 paper. If i knew this is what I was going to get, I wouldn't have considered ordering from here. They only offered partial refund. Oh and it didn't arrive on a scheduled time either. It arrived when the birthday party was over.

Flowers not delivered on day promised. I had to call back, then said they could not get local delivery firm to answer phone. Then said they would try another local florist. I said you already missed my date, please refund my money. They asked to have me wait to talk to a supervisor. They came back and said ok, "We will refund you 20% of your cost"!! I said no way, I will contact my credit card company, then they agreed to refund my money. Dishonest, not just incompetent on customer service.

We found a beautiful arrangement on Sendflowers website. We knew it would have been something my best friend who just passed away from cancer would have loved. The pink vase tied in with her having breast cancer. We paid almost $100 for a premium arrangement and what we saw at the funeral home was appalling. It look like it was no more than a $30 arrangement, clear case and dark purple flowers. I was so disgusted. I did call them and complained, they offered to replace it. Well, today the arrangement arrived, again it is not what the picture showed. I will never order from them again! Ever!

I ordered an arrangement of Blue Iris, Daisies, and Yellow Tulips with a short square vase. They sent something entirely different: something sub'd for Iris, Daisies, and a type of Lily. Plus, my wife is allergic to the flowers they substituted and the vase sent wasn't the one pictured. This order was over $67 with extra cheap flowers substituted! I am very angry with this company as it ruined my 22nd Anniversary surprise. I have ALWAYS given my wife something with Iris's in the arrangement. NO email was sent for me to approve this substitution. What a waste of time and money...plus I am deployed to Iraq so I was sad already that I can't be home right now.

Do not waste your time with these people. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with for flower delivery. Took my money and missed the delivery date. Promised for the next day, didnt deliver it then either. I finally put my foot down and demanded a refund. Should have read Trustpilot BEFORE placing the order. If its important.... dont trust it to these guys.

I wish I had been smart enough to read the reviews for sendflowers.com before I placed my order. I have never come in contact with such an incompetent company. I was promised a delivery of balloons by 3pm. At 8pm they were unable to let me know whether the balloons had been delivered which meant they had not been delivered. The attitude of the people on the phone was insincere probably because they are used to getting so many complaints from customers. I have learned my lesson, always read reviews before dealing with a company.

Full disclosure: I’ve used sendflowers before and had a good experience but after today’s disaster, I will not be using again. I placed an order for 16 long stem PINK roses a week ago to be delivered today. I hoped that since I ordered way in advance they would a) be able to supply what I ordered b) deliver nice and early in the day. The order arrived at 4pm. It was RED roses and looks like there’s about 10-12 in the bouquet. I contacted customer service who in fairness responded quickly and said they would arrange an exchange for the correct flowers. The store they used rang my girlfriend and told her they could only exchange them TOMORROW and she will need to be in between 1pm and 3pm. This completely defeats the object of sending anniversary flowers if you can’t resolve your own mess on the day of the anniversary. Fixing this mess the day after is useless when the anniversary was the day before. Had they been delivered earlier, there may have been scope to fix this. Im also slightly concerned that the store are taking the wrong flowers back to possibly re-sell in the middle of the covid epidemic. I emailed the customer service team to explain that I was unhappy with everything and they told me they would be delivered today. So now I’m getting mixed messages from the store and sendflowers. One is saying delivered today, one tomorrow. Can’t get a straight answer. The whole thing is a disaster and not worth the hassle. Avoid this company! Try and find a local florist instead. Edit: Amended to 1 star. Would be less if I could. Promised they would resolve it the next day. Didn’t receive the replacement order aka what I ordered. Girlfriend contacted the florist who then lied to her and said they were out for delivery but VERY vague about it. Sendflowers just send generic email responses. It’s like talking to a brick wall. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have never being embarrassed like today, flower I chose for my sisters birthday is nothing I ordered. Luck like from £1 shops. Shame on you sendflowers.com I expected like in GB but so disappointed 👎
