I will never order from Send Flower again. What I ordered was nothing what my mom got. My Grandfather passed away a month ago and her brother passed away yesterday. I paid $90 just to find out that its my fault because I wanted it in one day delivery so the figure the arrangement had is different than what I paid for. The guy assisting me said the best he could do was 30% back on my card. We will see if that happens since I see people never got their money back. Satisfaction Guaranteed is a lie.

It was my mom's birthday and when they delivered it, it was nearly 5:30 and we were headed out to dinner to celebrate her special day and they showed up as we are pulling out the driveway and when they handed me the flowers the vase had just broke and water was pouring out. They said they could send someone else out with a new vase but it was already 5:30 and then they said if Im in the area I could just pick one up at their shop. I mean really? So I presented my mom with flowers in a broken vase. Luckily she had another vase but damn I mean it was her birthday and I paid nearly $70.00 for those flowers to be delivered correctly with water and a vase. Very disappointing.

Don’t expect to receive what you see on the Sendflowers.com website. The customer service representative actually told me not to expect too much when trying to get the delivered flowers replaced. What I ordered and what was received are two different things. They would not let me send a photo of what I received for comparison. They fall on their flower substitution policy to explain the difference. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is baloney too. Save you money and stay away from Sendflowers. Com.

Send Flowers, I am very displeased with this service. Not only was the order NEVER delivered, but even upon my sister (the person who this package was meant for) called to inquire and was informed that the package was destroyed and that I can expect a refund. I AM YET TO SEE ANY REFUND. This is upsetting on so many levels: 1. this confirmation of delivery was a LIE and the delivery never happened. 2. Had I not asked my sister "how she liked my gift?" I would have NEVER found out that the delivery NEVER truly happened. 3. The Associate S### was RUDE to my sister (who was just discharged from the hospital with serious care instructions and pregnant). This man informed my sister to expect a refund, and that NEVER happened. 4. I NEVER received an acknowledgment of this serious mistake nor did I receive and apology. 5. Over a week later I NEVER got a refund nor an acknowledgement of this VERY BAD SERVICE. I will be rating this 0 on yelp and google review and writing a review of this terrible dishonorable service. This is unacceptable. I am owed a refund and an apology. My sister is owed an apology for her troubles of having to communicate on my behalf as I ordered this over seas half way across the world thinking I was helping support her emotionally in a very hard time. I have NO GOOD things to say. SUPER disappointed and disheartened. Fajir :(

Recipients DO NOT receive the flower arrangement pictured! I’m so upset. I paid over $100.00 and my mom received a whole bunch of greenery! It is not 100% satisfaction guaranteed! I called and all they offered was $14 refund. Never again! I wish I could Post a picture on here, it’s ridiculous.

Very disappointed with this company! I had ordered flowers, chocolates and a balloon for my sister who lives far from me, to be delivered on her birthday. They called me an hour before they were supposed to be delivered saying that they didnt have that arrangement available. The woman I talked to on the phone said they could send a replacement if i agreed. I asked what kind of flowers they were going to send and she couldnt give me an answer, and put me on hold for like 10 mins. She kept pushing for me to agree to a replacement arrangement and I wouldnt agree if she couldnt tell me what kind of flowers they were going to send, such a SCAM! the arrangment i wanted was 97$ and they prob would have sent carnations if i just blindly said yes. Very rude and unprofessional, especially to call an hour before. They couldnt tell me they didnt have it that morning or the day before when i had originally ordered.Im so pissed. They did give me a refund but this company sucks!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I asked for flowers to be sent 48 HOURS BEFORE my uncle's funeral. I could not go to the funeral because of the pandemic. SendFlowers said they could do with no problem and took my order and my money. On the day of the funeral - NO FLOWERS. I called the company and was told repeatedly how sorry they were but that the "local" florist could not fulfil the order and so NO FLOWERS were sent to the furneral service. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER AND RIP YOU OFF. SH&T-HOLE PEOPLE.

A comedy of errors except that it was not funny. Item delivered was not as ordered. It was not even close. Ordered: Lavish Lavender: and upon complaining they offered a discount, which I did not accept. They still processed the discount and offered to redeliver The promised re-delivery did not happen for many days. Upon reminding they said the requested bouquet is not available in the recipient's zip code. I offered them two more alternatives. And sent them proof that their site is still accepting deliveries for the requested arrangement for my zip code. They offered more discount. I rejected the discount offer. So they promised to re-deliver. They still sent me the discount The re-delivery arrived and again it was no way near the requested arrangement I have sent them a summary of the mistakes they are making and told them unless they deliver the requested item, I will post a factual review on Trust Pilot There has been no response since
