Terrible terrible terrible! I ordered a standing wreath for my grandmother's funeral and was assured that it would be there the day before, and even got a confirmation email that it was delivered. I get the the funeral and it's not there! I had to call them while I should have been with my family. They delivered them 10 minutes before the funeral started, and the whole display had to be rearranged because everything was already set up! And it wasn't even the wreath that I ordered. It was a spray! Will never you this company again!

this company is horrible!! promised to deliver a Halloween basket to my son in the military, not only was it not on time it was never delivered! never use this company

I ordered the white flowers in a silver vase and what was received was the red flowers in the red vase and they were to be delivered on Friday. When I called to complain the lady said that she would go ask the manager, came back and said they would issue a credit for 25%. I told her no that I needed the white flowers in the silver vase because it matched the theme of the birthday ladies party that was turning 85. The lady went and asked the manager again and then she told me they would resend the flowers since they obviously sent the wrong ones. On Tuesday I received an email with an apology that they were sorry but the flowers arrangement was unavailable that they would have customer service call me. I sent them an email letting them know if they didn't issue me a full credit that I would be disputing the charges and give them bad reviews. I never heard from them & I did dispute the charges and will not order from them again.

This happened several days ago I picked out a beautiful arrangement on the site paid deluxe price they got to my daughter the same day but they were mostly greenery with a small selection of flowers. Wrong vase wrong bow. Not what I ordered. Deluxe to me means more flowers less greenery my daughter was happy though I was mad they offered me a 15% discount I said No I want my money totally refunded I did not get what was in the picture.they did refund my money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They advertised one thing and my Mom received a very ugly colorless vase and flowers! They are a complete rip off!

Flowers were not delivered, but we were told they were left on the porch or they were attempted to be delivered. They said they would follow up with the florist and call us back but never did. When we followed up, the story changed and said they attempted, then the story changed to they were left again. Then the "florist" apparently told send flowers that they talked to my mom (lie) and that they left them on the porch which never happened. So no flowers, no customer support and lying florist or company. Avoid them

Wish I would have look at these reviews before I used them. What they advertise on their website is not what people get. I ordered a flowering cactus and what they sent was a succulant dish. That is not what I ordered. I contacted them and they wanted to give me a $10 credit. I said no, they didnt send what I ordered why would I order from them again. Very Very disappointed with this online florist. I will not be using them again. BEWARE!

I ordered flowers for my boyfriend one day before his birthday. I was in hurry looking at the flowers. I choose the website when I saw the paypal logo and order it immediately since I'm from another country. After I bought it, I was looking at the reviews and I was shocked because they have many bad reviews. The next day when they delivered the flowers, I chatted them multiple times to check if they deliver it on time. Luckily the flowers arrived in the afternoon and look pretty and fresh. The flowers not as big as the catalog picture. FYI I chose deluxe (from the website - deluxe means flowers will be arranged as similarly to our website picture as possible). But I'm relieved the flowers not as bad as the reviews here. I think I have to say thanks to local florist in Boston, they did a great job lol
