I would give ZERO stars if possible. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a birthday cake floral arrangement for my daughter's 18th birthday. The local florist delivered a wildflower bouquet nothing like the order I placed. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed The local florist can make a change to my order if they can't fulfill the described order because it's "in their policy." However, their policy also states they are to notify me before. This was NEVER done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE.

Well, if you ever think of ordering flowers for someone to be delivered, AVOID SendFlowers.com They totally let me down. They canceled my order, just because they wanted to clarify something about my billing, the same day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. OOps. So much for that surprise. Timing is everything with an order like this, and they totally ruined it. That situation where they didn't perform, and it's too late to get someone else.

I normally read reviews on all online businesses, but this time I did not. I sure wish I had! Apparently I’m not the only one who had a very negative experience with send flowers.com. I paid for same-day delivery, and thinking of you balloons and basket of candy. The huge balloon arrangement was “thinking of you” because my best friend was having a hard time due to death in her family. Sendflowers.com sent happy birthday balloons, did not include the six extra balloons that I had paid for, and did not deliver the same day. They also state 100% satisfaction guaranteed which is a total lie. They offered 15% back which is nothing. The balloon arrangement I paid for was well over $100 and they had no desire to make it right. I would recommend not using them under any circumstances! They brought more pain than joy to the situation. I am going to deny the credit card claim with my credit card company because I definitely did not get what I paid for. Do not use sendflowers.com!!!

I ordered an expensive flower arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. The reason I chose sendflowers.com was because of the advertised arrangement. To make a long story short and less frustrating the flowers that arrived were different and dying. I sent pictures to sendflowers.com customer care expressing my disappointment. They acknowledged they dropped the ball and shared the responsibility with their delivery company. In the end, they offered a $25 dollar refund on $ 120.00. This company is dishonest considering their "100% satisfaction guarantee". My Grandmother is dead and buried I had to purchase more flowers to make up for their error. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered flowers for same day delivery. Late that day I received an email saying that they were unable to do same day delivery. And it would be delivered the next day as soon as possible. Well almost 3:00pm my wife received the flowers. She sent me a picture of them and they are not at all what I ordered. She hates roses and this thing was full of them. It was supposed to be mainly lilies and tulips (her favorite). I called and had to argue for nearly 30 minutes to get a refund. Never use this company!

If I could give a 0, I would! First of all, I ordered a balloon bouquet for my son’s Birthday. 71 dollars, they took him 3 carnations and one balloon. I called and was upset, and they said that they would correct it and take it to him, the florist called and told him to come pick it up! What kind of crap is that??? I will never use them again! So disappointed!!!

I ordered flowers as a surprise for my friends birthday, I ordered 5 days in advance to make sure they'd be on time. I never got a text from her so i asked if she received my surprise. There was no delivery made to her. I contacted the company at 11pm and was assured they would deliver the arrangement the next day. I told my friend and once again I got a text saying she received no delivery. Also, I received an email from the company the day after the original delivery date saying my order had been delivered. That was a complete lie and i would have never known if I hadnt asked my friend. This company is unreliable and I would NEVER order again from them or recommend them to others.

There is absolutely no way I would ever order from you again. You are a scam company and not only will I be contacting my credit cad I will be finding and leaving bad reviews where I can, since your website conveniently has no place for reviews. How dare you list your business as Connecticut and claim you have been in business for 21 years? Give me a break. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. We placed an order for a candy and balloon basket. Our son is highly allergic to nuts. The person we ordered from assured me there would be no nuts. I asked multiple times. The basket arrived and of course it was over 60% nuts. I called the first person hung up on me the second said she would resend immediately and assu re d me no nuts. It was never sent. My husband called and after an hour on the phone he finally got someone who promised it would be resent. Wait for it... that’s right it was never sent. What a ridiculous company. This isn’t a mistake this is 4 different people who have assured us they will fix it and none of them do, this is obviously your company’s policy. Keep people on the hook until they give up. Well I don’t give up. You have however managed to add me to your data base and bombard me with emails everyday! Order number #102166669 I will be taking this is as far as I can.
