Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a purple iris arrangement for my mother-in-law who loves the color purple. What she got was a blue hydrangea, pink roses, and some magenta thing that I can't even identify. Not the flowers I asked for, not the color I asked for, and frankly, the arrangement just looked like they stuck in whatever they had in the shop. If I can figure out how to attach pix, I'll show you. It's just garish.

Ordered and received email that my order had been delivered. I checked with recipient and - no delivery!!!! Now I am 3 phone calls in, first one says they will investigate - 3 days later and no response Second one tells me it was a no go because there is no florist in the area, I ask why they charged me and sent me an email saying it was delivered??? He puts me on hold and line goes dead Third call, says he will give me the bigger package, i say at this point another balloon is not going to make me happy! Then says it will be delivered today and I will get some type of refund. I will believe it when I see it. Next step will be filing fraud charges with my credit card!

Don’t use this company. My uncle never got the flowers. I walked in the hospital not even 18 hours later and they were on the front desk completely deflated. Not worth a penny.

The flowers were nothing like I ordered. I spent $68 for something i could have got at Kroger for $10. When i complained they offered to refund $10. Save your money they are a rip off!

I live in ct. my 3 year old granddaughter lives in philly. She fell and broke her arm. I ordered 12 premium balloons with a teddy bear to be delivered to cheer her up. They delivered the teddy bear and three happy birthday balloons. What a joke! 75.00 for three wrong balloons. Wish I would have read the reviews..

This company is the pits. DO NOT EVER USE IT. I never will ever ever use it. I ordered flowers for my cousin, gave her address. They wrote to say the address didn't exist. They didn't respond to my email. They wrote again with the same nonsense. I looked up the website then to find that the customer service is not the address they had written from, but their emails never said this. I wrote to the new customer service email, copying my receipt which gave my cousin's address and postcode. All this nonsense continued. I emailed again to say their service was total rubbish, they responded saying they were giving a 15% discount - ha ha ha.... they can't even do the arithmetic on this.... it wasn't 15% but rather less that they have refunded. They have not bothered to address these issues through customer service. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. UPDATE - Further to my review here and also my comments on FaceBook, the company contacted me. They have apologised sincerely, given a 50% discount on the order, plus re-sending further flowers to my cousin, as well as contacting the supplying florist to see what happened there. They would like me to use their company again, which is understandable. I am relieved in every way that they have put matters to rights, and I do regret that things went so wrong. I'm just not sure that I feel I would want to risk things going wrong again. But I do appreciate everything that they have now done. I gave one star for the first review - and now amended this to three. I wish it could have been five.

This is a scam! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a business by 5pm. The gave me a confirmation that they had been delivered at 5:34pm. The business closes at 5. This was a time sensitive delivery. The next day they sent another confirmation that they were delivered at 9:34am. Shortly after a person called stating they could not find the place, this it a huge business! 4 city blocks at least! My point is if we hadn't checked we would have thought the flowers to be delivered. $67 paid, no flowers. Go elsewhere!

BIG MISTAKE! No I won’t be using SendFlowers.com ever again. Because they linked me to freeshipping.com, who fraudulently charged me for a subscription I did not complete and did not agree to, which caused Capital One to freeze my credit card until it was resolved, which wasted my time calling them back and then calling freeshipping.com to cancel something I never agreed to. Big mistake buying from SendFlowers.com NEVER AGAIN!
