I've chosen 1 star because there isn´t the way to choose -1 star. I ordered flowers on 2/13/2023 to be delivered on Valentines Day to my boyfriend. Nothing delivered. I called. No answer. Tried the chat and it said someone would be with you in 15 minutes, I didn´t have an answer. Waited. Disconnected!! I am very angry because I paid for same day delivery!!!!! I wrote some mails to customer service and I don´t have any answer from them. Please don´t buy in this site, this is really the worst bussiness I ever deal with.

Total scam. Ordered well in advance of holiday. They accepted payment for flowers,and an upcharge for holiday delivery. Then midday Valentine's I get an email saying nothing would be delivered. Phone CS rep, barely fluent, tries to negotiate how much of my money they'll keep for no services and then tries to explain how the day after Valentine's is just the same as Valentine's. Facebook CS copy/pastes "send us your order number" half a dozen times and does nothing. Promised a refund via chat - that they then cancelled. Told the truth on FB page - so they deleted the post - as well as all other negative reviews. They were coming in fast and furious - at least 60 by 6p Valentine's day...and are all gone now. That's how they resolve customer complaints - lie about a refund, delete all complaints. That's willful deception...aka SCAM.

No delivery on Valentines! Extremely frustrating to deal with this, no answer from any people from here and I can imagine why as there seem to be quite a few people not getting their orders.. Never using again, and they should be issuing refunds.

Omg... Do NOT order flowers from this company. The flowers were NOT what I ordered. And half of them were dead or dying.

Paid additional to have flowers delivered on valentines days…they never delivered them…they had the audacity to say “we will deliver them tomorrow” aka the following day. Absolutely ridiculous….in this case 1 day makes a serious difference don’t you think?

Absolutely terribles. DO NOT purchase through them. They claim timely delivery, send you a “delivered” email even though they never delivered them until the next day.

I ordered 20 tulips and 1 smiley face mylar balloon for Valentine's day (today), and my wife only received 12 tulips and not a smiley face! I just called them and I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone regarding this mistake! The pictures below show what I ordered/paid for and what I received. You be the judge!
