This company is terrible and customers service the worse. Ordered flowers for delivery 5-days prior to desired delivery day and were never delivered. Called customer service and could hardly understand the person and eventually got hung up on and now battling for a refund via credit card dispute.

Ordered deluxe orange rose bouquet, received a couple of white and pink carnations. Avoid this company, they obviously just send whatever they have on hand. Total frauds.

Absolute worst flower delivery ever! They are fraudulent. I bought flowers for my daughter in laws birthday, calla lilies. The picture online was simple and elegant. They sent her a different type of Lily(less expensive) the arrangement was horrible not elegant at all. I called and at first the rep tried to give me 20% refund. I told him I didn’t want a refund if it’s not full, he can resend the correct flowers. They sent calla lilies the second time but another horrible arrangement. Not at all what I asked for and definitely not worth the money I paid. DO JOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and send less expensive flowers. TOTAL FRAUDS!!! P.S. ordered flowers for my wife and daughter and they didn't come. I called their 800 number and got a bot - flowers never came despite being told they were out for delivery. Called 800 number got someone who didnt understand englsh. got a second person who said they were out for delivery today and offered 20% off my next order....no way in hell I ever order from them again. Go somewhere else

Ordered a deluxe tulip and rose bouquet with balloon, received a small daisy bouquet with no balloon. Customer service was not helpful in assisting to get a full refund or the bouquet I ordered. Satisfaction is not guaranteed. Will not be ordering from them again. There are a lot of other options available that are not a scam and actually give you what you pay for.

I sent birthday flower's which never arrived. When I enquired, they said that they had arrived without any explanation or who they were handed to. I ordered these internationally, so it's even more difficult to deal with them. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, as I see how bad this company is, stealing people's money.

Do not purchase flowers from SendFlowers.com. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on May 5, 2023. They did not deliver the flowers on time and now are showing that the flowers will be delivered possibly on Monday, May 8, days after the promised delivery date. They are unreliable and will not refund your money if they don't deliver on time. They are thieves and will gladly steal your money and not provide what you paid for. RUN to a different company!

Worst. They took my money last night via Amazon Pay online, but then this morning sent me an email saying they had to "verify" my information and to call them. Well I was in work meetings all morning and couldn't call until later. When I finally called the number in the email, they were very difficult to understand but said they had to "verify financial information" even though they had already charged me. Sounded like a scam, so I hung up and called using a different number I found online. Again, they insisted my payment was "randomly flagged" for possible fraud, and wanted me to confirm my address, method of payment (type, not actual cc number), and what I wrote on the birthday card to my poor mother. After I did so, they instantly refunded my money. I was like, "Uhhh...what about the flowers?!" They cheerfully told me my whole order had been voided. So now it's almost 3pm and way too late to send flowers to my mom for her birthday. They refunded my money so may possibly not be actual scammers, but definitely run their business like clowns.
