Absolutely awful. Ordered a "deluxe" set of birthday balloons for $65. They were delivered 3 days late- no phone call, nothing. The deluxe balloon set is 2 mylar balloons and 5 latex balloons. Unless the price of helium has skyrocketed, there's no excuse. When I finally was able to reach someone at this company, I was offered a puny 30% refund. I'll be proceeding with a charge back. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a luxury bunch of flowers for same day delivery on April 13, didn't get delivered until April 15 and when they arrived it was a pathetic bunch -you could pick up better at the gas station for $10, definately not a $75 luxury bouquet! The service and product were pathetic and a total embarrassment to me. I will never use again! Only positive is a no quibble refund!

I called the customer care 800# two separate time's and asked if the flowers could be delivered no later than 4pm otherwise the delivery would be pointless. I truly didn't think what I was asking wasn't that far fetched. However in any case,my request wasn't accommodated. Moving forward I will never order flowers from this company again.

I ordered last night for my friend’s birthday today and she got it. It was really nice! The flower bouquet was exactly same as advertise. I even thought the balloon will look like a cheap one but everything’s perfect!

Ordered flowers for relative's funeral. Despite telling rep the bouquet must be at location by 11 a.m. and was told funerals were a top priority, the bouquet did not arrive. I called and was told flowers were delayed due to a UPS mixup and they were delivering today - the day AFTER the funeral. I asked for a refund and was turned down. They said they'd prepare a fresh bouquet and deliver to the home. Flowers arrived haphazard and in a mason jar. None of the tulips or iris had opened. Flowers were jammed into the jar.

Total SCAM of a company! My order never came after 2 weeks of waiting for a "next day delivery". I called 3 times and was promised that my order would be delivered the very next day. They refunded my next day delivery fee but still never got it. I called for the 3rd time requesting a FULL REFUND and they offered 20%. I said "No, absolutely not. I am not paying 80% for something I never received." Then they said 30% and I told them I am not bargaining with my money and again, I am not paying for product I didn't receive. They finally talked to a "Senior Manager" and are processing my refund. Their website says "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" however this is the worst experience with a so called florist that I have ever come across.

Never got delivery on time. Even though I order 5 days in advance. Never got an update that order wouldn't be delivered and only offered a 20 percent refund. Next time just pay the extra and go with a better company like 1800Flowers.
