Call the florist direct, next time. While the order was nice, it was nothing like the photo I ordered from. The delivered vase was cheap, clear. I ordered blue square vase. The flowers were to contain lillies and more blue, I got white carnations and a few roses. Not worth the $60+ at all.

Do not use this floral service! I ordered an adorable yellow rubber duckie planter with a pink hat, a deluxe bouquet of flowers and a new granddaughter Mylar balloon. All to be delivered same day. Received an email that it was delivered and it was not. Called to check and florist was closed. They said they would receive. The next day a sad bouquet of yellow and white flowers in an ugly tin watering can showed up. No balloon! Not anything close to what I ordered. Called today and they are not willing to refund. Want to resend the correct bouquet. Just terrible products and customer service!

I ordered flowers for my niece who was in the hospital and scheduled them to be delivered the next day. Three days went by and I didn't hear anything from my niece, so I checked on the order. There was no link to check online so I called customer service. The first girl checked and then told me she would need to transfer me. The second rep told me they had had a lot of orders & it hadn't been delivered - but they would try to deliver it the next day. TOTALLY unacceptable in my opinion. My niece was in a lot of pain and I was trying to do something to cheer her up. PLUS, what if she had already been discharged by the time they got around to delivering? The flowers arrived the next day and my sister sent a pic. I had paid for the premium bouquet and the actual flowers were not at the same standard at all.

The flowers looked nothing like on the picture. Much smaller and not worth the money. Plus lots of fees. Avoid!

I placed two orders. One to be delivered today, and one tomorrow. It's 7 pm at the delivery location. No order delivered. I had even paid extra for it to be delivered today. I called support and got India. They couldn't type my phone number, email, or name even though I spelled them 7-8 times slowly. I had to escalate to a supervisor, who called the shop and it was closed. No order delivered. Then I came here and saw all the 1 star reviews and knew this lousy experience is the norm for this company. Never again. Horrible experience all around. Update: on the 9th I got an email saying the order was delivered, but the whole day came and went and the order still wasn't delivered. Customer service said it was because it's a Saturday. Okay, so why did customer service promise a Saturday delivery when they don't deliver on weekends, and why send an email saying it was delivered? So, today, the 11th it's supposed to be delivered by noon. It's 11:37 am. Wanna bet nothing happens? Last Update: Contacted Debra Picard by phone at 860-701-4129 and was told that no promise of a delivery window should have been made by customer service. She also said she never heard of Trust Pilot (lol) and I told her that 92% of users had issues with Send Flowers and to come read our reviews. So at 2 pm today they made an attempt to deliver and left them on the porch. Too much work to get flowers sent.

I placed an order in the morning of balloons and a small generic teddy bear to cheer up my sick granddaughter. At 5:45 p.m. on a live chat or I was inquiring as to the method of delivery I was informed the company could not find a local florist to fulfill my order. This was extremely disappointing that nobody informed me. Had I known around noon I would've found a local company to order direct.

I ordered two arrangements for my wife’s birthday. One was a plant and the other was supposed to look like a birthday cake. The plant never showed up, but they sent a confirmation that it was and the birthday cake looked anything but. While I understand their “slight substitutions” stipulation, they should at least make it look similar to a cake, which it did not. If I had wanted a bunch of flowers for her I would have ordered that. I thought the flower cake was a nice idea. Will never order from these people again. They should demand more from the florists they send their orders to.

They don't know how to take an order properly and make promisesthat are not kept
