This site is a scam. i ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered on the 10th, never arrived, guaranteed they would be delivered today, no flowers and then argued with me about getting a refund. Terrible company.

No words to describe how disappointed I am. I ordered a deluxe $70.00 arrangement for my Mother and they sent her some garbage that did not even come close to what she was supposed to receive. I was insulted when I saw the picture of what was delivered. Then I called to complain and requested a supervisor. Of course someone hung up. I called back and was given a 40% refund but, I felt I should have received a full refund or the arrangement that I ordered. Just a horrible experience all the way around. (And the broken English language barrier definitely didnt help.)

It's the worst. Ordered in advanced, never to get delivered on time.

Ordered Mother's day flowers well in advance for delivery on Saturday not even on Sunday because I wanted to make sure she received them and woke up to an email saying they wouldn't be delivering until Monday. How can you not have delivery drivers for the biggest holiday of the year? This is unacceptable. I called and rep wouldn't even let me talk to a supervisor. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Now it's too late for me to order from anywhere else. I'm so mad.

The bouquet of flowers I had sent to my friend in the hospital arrived on time. It was gorgeous and very full with pretty flowers. They even added a big fabric purple bow. The get well card message was exactly what I had requested. Customer service was prompt to get back to me regarding the status of my order. Overall a great experience. Thank you!

I ordered balloons with two days notice for delivery to my sister-in-law for her birthday. I wish I had seen these reviews before doing that as my experience tracks with others. Balloons didn't arrive so I called and was told they couldn't find a florist to deliver them on the requested date but could deliver the next day. When I questioned further, they then told me they hadn't yet found anyone to deliver the balloons at all. Seems this company hasn't worked out some pretty significant kinks in their processes and make promises they are not able to keep.
