I do not understand how you can honestly not care about your customers feedback. Obviously, it’s just about the money for you rather than quality of products you offer. I ordered flowers to be sent for a friend's mother's funeral. $70 later a very skimpy bouquet not even close to resembling what I ordered was delivered. I reached out to send flowers for a refund, I'll update with their response

What a rip off the flowers i picked online are not what was delivered. They delivered some weird concoction of leaves with one rose it looked like my 4 year old put it together. The only thing that was right was the ballon. Dont go through these guys they are snake oil sales men.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! i had flowers delivered to my daughter at work for her birthday and i cannot believe how horrible the arrangement was. most of the leaves were not just wilted they were absolutely brown and dead. Customer service did issue me a full refund after wanting to do a redelivery for me? Yeah absolutely not do I want to redelivery why so I can be embarrassed again? NEVER AGAIN

What a aweful experience! Used this site for sending birthday flowers, they not only delivered the flowers but also stopped responding to my emails. Ordered flowers for 30th December, it’s 2nd Jan now and we have no clue where the order is. Wrote several emails to their customer service but all we got a reply was they are investigating. The entire idea for sending surprise flowers was lost. It was a special day but this company completely screwed up ! Spent nearly £120 but no luck with refunds too. Multiple points of failure. Website would not apply discount code properly, so called to order. Delivery was to be on Dec. 23 for MIL Christmas present. Was not delivered and no communication whatsoever. I called back on the 24th and was told no local florist was available, but can deliver on 26th. I said ok, please send apology note with delivery explaining issue. On Dec. 27, I receive an email saying order was cancelled. My card was charged on the 23rd. I call on the 28th to ask why and get the same excuse as the first order. No refund issued to my card at this point. No contact with me prior to the email on the 27th. Absolutely terrible 'service'.
