We recently purchased a timeshare through SMTN and couldn't be happier. Our broker, Owen walked us through every step and ensured we were updated at each step. We have encouraged friends to use SMTN too. So happy!

THIS IS A SCAM ! DON'T EVER CONTACT THEM. HOW THEY OPERATE: THEY ADVERTISE THEY BUY YOUR TS, WHEN YOU CALL IT TURNS OUT THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLIENT FOR YOU BUT THEY MAKE YOU CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE. THIS PERSON OVERVALUE YOUR PROPERTY 3 OR 4 TIMES MORE, THEN ASK YOU $1.998 UPFRONT FEES. OF COURSE AT THE PRICE THEY WILL ASK IT NERVER GETS SOLD. NOW I AM STRUGLING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. NO ANSWER FROM THEM.
