We've used SMTN twice, both for purchases so we can't speak to the selling process. Both of our purchases went smoothly and were completed as promised with the actual costs the same as estimated costs. Ryan was the person we worked with on both purchases.

We had an easy transaction with no problems. We love Simpson Bay and are excited to spend 2 weeks a year there for the next several years.

We recently finalized the purchase of a one-week timeshare on Maui, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. Our interaction with Zach from SMTN was marked by professionalism, and he skillfully ensured a seamless process throughout. This transaction instilled a sense of security and trustworthiness, leaving us entirely satisfied.

SMTN takes your money upfront. The interaction is fast paced during early process. Then crickets. To sell, they recommend one solution, lower the price. At the end of the process, they were able to sell my timeshare. I have no complaints about using them again, it's just slow and a little painful, but eventually worked. The best part is that you only deal with multiple members of SMTN.

I had been trying to sell my time share for over 5 years. I was beginning to think that it was not possible. After several offers each year, those offers only resulted in further costs for me. Finally, with sellmytimesharenow I actually had a sale close quickly, with minimal fuss, and left with a few extra dollars in my pocket. It wasn't much, buat at least I don't have those high annual fees.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Rick! We're thrilled to have helped you successfully sell your timeshare after a 5-year journey. It's understandable to feel discouraged after several unsuccessful attempts, but we're glad you found us and that we could finally close a sale quickly. Even if it wasn't a substantial amount, every dollar counts, especially when it helps to alleviate high annual fees. We appreciate your business and wish you all the best without those ongoing fees!

Ben Cochrane at SMTN.com was fantastic, helpful, paid attention to details, and was very helpful. SMTN.com coordinated with Timeshare Closing Services LLC, which was a smooth process. A++ service and highly recommended. Selling your timeshare can be highly stressful and confusing. Ben made the process understandable and navigable. If I needed this service again, we would not hesitate to return to this company. Thanks again!
