Sellmytimeshare now was the best experience I have had buying a timeshare. Very attentive and professional. Head and shoulders over redweek. I had to reach out to redweek multiple times just to get a response as compared to sel my timeshare who always reached out and kept me informed

I contacted Zachary Battles about purchasing a Shell Vacations property in Hawaii. I was very skeptical about purchasing a timeshare from the resale market since I had read about many scams associated with timeshares and had heard about "so many people" trying to get rid of them. Being an owner of a Shell Vacations property already, I was somewhat at ease with that company itself while still maintaining a good measure of caution regarding this transaction. Much of my new purchase involved new terms, cost calculations, and title transfer matters. During the several weeks of back-and-forth with Zachary, he maintained his professionalism and patience with me as I had numerous questions and an ongoing need for clarity on the process. If you are looking to purchase a timeshare that someone else has no further use for, and wants out of the monthly maintenance fees, Zachary Battles is a good place to start.

In March we decided to purchase additional points/weeks directly from a Paradise Village owner. We identified the property, unit size, season, cost , expiration date etc. The seller was contacted and we all agreed on the terms and then Timeshare Closing did an excellent job assisting us with the completion of the transfer. They stayed in contact with us to let us know when we would receive all the documents, We were contacted by phone as well as by email and text. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. The process was timely, efficient and very well organized. At the end we received all of our documents and membership number.
