I can see from the info you've supplied that your orders were genuine. I just want to reassure you that we have partnered with WeBuyMobile for 9 years and they are not a scam. Different buyers have different grading levels in regards to assessing phones and should they find discrepancies, many will offer a counter offer. Particularly if you have stated that the phone looks and functions as brand new when it has had moderate use. This isn’t a regular occurrence in our experience, but at that point, you don't have to accept the offer and can request your devices back to sell elsewhere should you wish to.
