Company stole my iPhone and never received payment. They claim a check was issued however I never received it. If they truly have a cashed check I suspect and employee stole my money.
Your records would not reflect my ‘facebook’ name. They will reflect the name Sarah Kaus. So please go back and check. I sent you an email asking for proof of said check but it appears your more concerned with poor reviews then communicating with your customers.

Dear Ms Eily,
I am very sorry to hear of the issue that you have experienced when selling your iPhone. I have checked our database thoroughly and nobody with your name has ever used our website www.sellmycellphones.com to sell their cell phone though.
You may have sold it through a similar comparison website to ours with a similar name. Please could you check any email confirmations that you received from the buyer to confirm this. If this review has been posted on our profile in error, please could it be removed.
Alternatively, if you still feel that this issue involves our company or the order may have been placed under a different name, please drop me an email at [email protected] with whatever details you have of your buyer and order, and I will be happy to help you in any way that I can.
Kind regards
Belle

UPDATE:
Hi,
I have just checked our database again and and nobody with the name "Kaus" has ever used our website to place an order. Furthermore, we have also never received an email from you to [email protected] regarding this issue.
We are a comparison website and simply compare the prices that are on offer. Users do not send their cell phones to us and we do not issue any payments.
Please feel free to email me at the above address regarding this matter, or if you check your email confirmation and see that the company is not us here at www.sellmycellphones.com, please can you remove the review.
We take all complaints seriously, but our records show that you have never used our website to sell your cell phone with the details that we have in your review.
Kind regards
Belle

The Whiz Cells was awesome to work …
The Whiz Cells was awesome to work with!! I shipped my phone in my own box to them which they received 2 days later. I went by their guidelines for the condition of my phone and I received exactly what they quotes to me VIA pay pal on the 2nd day. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them!!

I am horrible with phones and other electronic devices so I sought out a way to make money off of them without losing so much. This is one of the best sites I have found so far. Just waiting to ship my phone now.
