"Get Extra $10 Instantly Sent To You Upon Shipping Your Device!" The first sign that something was terribly wrong! They said allow 24 hours for this new customer bonus to post, it's been 7 days!! The phone is actually already there before the rebate has come. They began the inspection process. The phone is practically brand new, I used it for about a month before the iPhone 17 was released and it has sat in the original box ever since. Speaking of "ORIGINAL" that was the decision upon inspection, I got a message on their website stating "Replica not Original" nothing else... try to respond to their chat and you get redirected to some weird malware looking screen. They did not want the brand-new box or accessories, just the phone. I'm hopeful I get the phone returned. The $600 offered? Seems like I won't be seeing that any time soon either.

They scratched my device and dropped 100 off my offer. My phone had a small imperfection when I shipped it but now apparently there's a scratch in the screen. I bubble wrapped the phone which I left a case on when I shipped. You can't even see the scratch in their photos but apparently its deep enough to take a third off my offer.

This company sent me a USPSlabel to send phone but they would not mail do to needing an H for hazard material ( lithium battery ) I messaged them to send another label and they said I could use the fed ex label without any problems . I sent my phone off and they originally offered $221 but said it had a lot of scratches on the screen and major dents which it did not and offered $65 . I rejected the offer and asked for them to send my phone back and I got no response . I called the number on the site and no body answers . I would say I got scammed !!

Updated: what seemed like a fraud shop turned out to be simply a messy operation that I will never try again. I rejected the revised price offered after shipping to them...no response to my rejection...no response to my email...no messages accepted via voice mail...no working chat function. Then a couple of weeks later I received an email of my pending return that would arrive a week later.

They have my cell phone since early March, agreed to price, no response. Not sure they are still in business. No response via, email or phone call. You send them your phone say goodbye to payment or response. NOT GOOD.

Absolutely frustrating experience. Got a revised offer after sending in my device, but then crickets for weeks. Feels like they're just holding onto devices without any intention of following through

Lost a small fortune with this company. Over $1000 down the drain. They don't care about refunds or customer satisfaction. Avoid them!
