Sent in a new laptop
Sent in a brand new laptop with no imperfections and they gave nearly $100 less then the max offer. Very disappointed with their 'inspection' process. I feel like it's worth selling else where. I read the reviews and thought I'd get fair treatment but obviously they are an online pawn shop but you more likely to get a better deal at your local pawn shop. A brand new laptop and they find something wrong to the point of $100 less?! Very odd to me but thats my experience with SellaGadget and suggest people sell else where.

Hello Shayne, The only reason your payout was lowered was you did not report the LCD Back Cover had scratching/scuffing. Had you selected 'Good' instead of 'Flawless' condition when obtaining your quote, the estimated trade in value would have been what you received during your payout: $167. The scratching/scuffing on the LCD Back Cover was pictured and reported to you via email and your 'Member's Area' on our website, so we are disappointed you chose describe your item in your review as having 'no imperfections'. You also chose the payment condition 'Accept the Price' which as you know, having read and agreed to our 'Terms and Conditions', means you the Seller, agree to any recalculated or otherwise revised offers. Any recalculated offer will be automatically accepted on your behalf; and there will be no 14 day waiting period or further negotiations. Thus, the recalculated offer of $167 from $223 was accurate based on the condition discovered by the company in this order. We highly suggest next time you accurately report the condition of your device before check out so you do not have any surprises when receiving the payout.
