It is unfortunate you have chosen to lie in your review about our service. Many of your points are simply false, and easily disproven with photographs we are about to post. imgur.com/a/4G5m7fn Above is a link to screenshots of communication with dates, time stamps, and clear evidence that not only did you not provide a label on time for the item (you were given 14 days), you admit to needing to reach out for help from UPS on the day the label was due. It was indeed, as you can see from the time stamps, delivered too late to us. We do not give any additional time past the 14 days as laid out in our 'Terms and Conditions' which you had to read and agree to before completing your order. This is a company rule, and it will not be bent for anyone, as that would not be fair to every customer who has followed the guidelines to the transaction. In addition, you lied about the condition of your laptop (pictures also included in that link above) including sending it 'Password Locked' and in 'Fair' condition instead of 'Flawless' as you indicated. It is unreasonable for you to condemn a company for following their own 'Terms & Conditions' you agreed to simply because you desire special treatment. You are, sadly, lying about the situation to make yourself look like a victim. SellaGadget is always happy to provide other potential customers extensive evidence to prove you wrong, as we have here.

Hello Erika, We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the revised quote given. As stated when we inspected this item, we found it to have some cosmetic issues (LCD Blemishes) and a Password/PIN lock. Both of these issues have been documented, photographed, and posted to your account. You'll find through this link ( imgur.com/a/7ERIQXK ) pictures of: 1) Screenshot of our internal system indicating your selection of "Accept the Price". 2) Screenshot of our site's feature making it impossible to move forward without making a conscious selection between 'Accept the Price' and 'Contact Me'. 3) Screenshot of the verbiage used on our site when selecting 'Accept the Price'. 4) Screenshot of the hover over text on our site in regards to password locks. 5) Screenshot of section 2.E in our 'Terms & Conditions' you agreed to during your order. 6) Screenshot of the email sent to you before you sent the item about password locks. 7) Picture of your device's password locked screen. 8) Picture of your device's blemished LCD Screen. 9) Screenshot of the inspection results that were sent to you. We try to lay everything out very clearly, in multiple places, and ask every customer for verification they have read our "Terms and Conditions" before they place an order specifically to prevent any frustration. We hope you will take the time to do so before placing an order with us again, as your frustration seems avoidable.
