Had you selected 'Good' instead of 'Flawless' condition when obtaining your quote, the estimated trade in value would have been what you received during your payout: $167. The scratching/scuffing on the LCD Back Cover was pictured and reported to you via email and your 'Member's Area' on our website, so we are disappointed you chose describe your item in your review as having 'no imperfections'. You also chose the payment condition 'Accept the Price' which as you know, having read and agreed to our 'Terms and Conditions', means you the Seller, agree to any recalculated or otherwise revised offers. Any recalculated offer will be automatically accepted on your behalf; and there will be no 14 day waiting period or further negotiations. Our Inspection Department found/pictured the following issues with your device: https://imgur.com/a/hoPk90V In regards to your comment about the charger, we kindly included pictures in the link of the 2 places where we specifically state chargers should be included with the device for you to reread, as well as anyone curious. The first is on the order page itself when you hover over the 'No' option for the question "Are the genuine accessories missing, damaged, and/or the battery doesn’t hold a charge?" where it states "All accessories are included, in good condition, and are genuine. *AC Adapters must be in US Standard (Type A or B)". The second place is the 'Terms & Conditions' you agreed to, which states in section 1.C. 'Unless noted, Sell a Gadget assumes chargers, batteries, hard drives, accessories, and other parts required for basic functionality are included with a device; which is a factor in the initial qualified estimate. Sell a Gadget does not accept device's that have been fully or partially disassembled.' It is very clear based on what we have shown and explained here that a charger should have been included, and you failed to do so. We understand this can be a bit frustrating but we do try to be very up front with our entire process and these defects should have been checked when obtaining an online quote for a more accurate estimate.
