Thank you for your feedback! Based on the inspection of this device; the device froze frequently and would not progress into the OS which affected the value. All devices that we purchase have a high and low value for payout, which is displayed before checkout. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.

Thank you for your feedback! Looking at the inspection notes for your device, the following reasons are why the payout was changed from the high quote of $105 to the low quote of $5: computer was Password Locked, item was marked flawless but was found with many blemishes, LCD screen had heavy scratches, battery failed to hold 80% mAh, and the A/C adapter was not included though you indicated it would be. All devices that we purchase have a high and low value for payout, which is displayed before checkout, and the amount paid is based on our inspection criteria. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.

Thank you for your feedback! Based on the inspection of this device, it was submitted as being flawless condition and with the battery able to hold a charge, but our inspectors found the LCD Back Cover to have minor scratching, and the battery failed to hold our minimum of 80% max mAh. All devices that we purchase have a high and low value for payout, which is displayed before checkout. In regard to the shipping, we boast free shipping of the item from all customers to us. If, however, the customer is remorseful of the transaction, or the devices is not in the condition originally indicated to us by the customer, resulting in a lower quote payout to be used, the customer assumes the responsibility to pay for return shipping. This is indicated in the Terms & Conditions all customers agree to before check out. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.

We then give you the option to either “Accept The Price” to be paid as soon as possible, or “Contact Me” to discuss your device or have it returned.
