Great company to sell your gadgets to. Very honest and fair when it comes to reimbursement of your item. Would sell to again!

It is my opinion that SellaGadget is a dishonest, scam of a company. I was offered a fair price for my laptop, but after it was sent in I was sent only an insulting $13. SellaGadget insisted that my laptop was defective, which was completely false. When I asked for my laptop back, SellaGadget informed me that was not possible and that I had previously agreed to accept whatever SellaGadget paid, which I did not. SellaGadget also repeatedly referenced "my other order" as an explanation for the confusion between the offer and the payment. There were not 2 orders, there was only 1 laptop. I would strongly caution everyone not to deal with SellaGadget.

Thank you for your feedback! Looking at your device, it seems you selected "Accept The Price" before check out. This selection means you have seen and accept the low to high range quote for your item, and once the inspection is complete, your payout is sent immediately. We're very sorry to hear you may have selected this option in error, but the process is automated, sadly meaning there isn't anything we can do to change that. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.

I sent in a computer that originally sold for $500. I bought it at a discounted price of $278 Less Than 3 months ago. They offered me $125 at first and then found some other discrepancies and reduced at price of $63. Anyone who knows anything about Electronics knows that a computer is worth much more than $63 especially a brand new technology computer which is what this one was. I then was notified that something in the contract somewheres said that I had to accept their offer. This is analogous to my bringing my car in to trade for another and when they make me an offer for my car I have to take it or lose it. That seems illegal. I'm very disappointed in this company and would not recommend anyone use it. Even if the computer has never been taken out of the box they still offered me $125 against a $278 computer. I can get that same quote from a pawn shop. I guess basically that's what they are.

Thank you for your feedback! Looking at your device, it seems there are a few points: 1) When you initially identified the laptop, you noted it was a Lenovo Yoga Book YB1-X91F. This was incorrect, as we determined it to be a Lenovo Yoga Book YB1-X90F. This means the original quote low to high range given to you was correct, but not for what your laptop actually was, as it is an older model. 2) You selected "Accept The Price" before check out. This selection means you have seen and accept the low to high range quote for your item, and once the inspection is complete, your payout is sent immediately. You were alternatively given the option of "Contact Me" which states you have the chance to discuss the device condition, and have the device returned. 3) Our Inspection Department indicated: Bottom Case has scratching, and an A/C Adapter was Samsung branded and not the genuine Lenovo brand you indicated it would be. It seems we have reached out to you in regards to this issue, and have yet to receive any response. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may assist you further.

Erased hard drive to protect myself (In case someone was to go in and retrieve data). PC works perfectly but was sent in without an OS. Was offered $110 instead of $330 just for that. Take your business elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback! You selected "Accept The Price" before check out. This selection means you have seen and accept the low to high range quote for your item, and once the inspection is complete, your payout is sent immediately. You were alternatively given the option of "Contact Me" which states you have the chance to discuss device condition, and have device returned. Our Inspection Department indicated: No bootable device found, meaning no OS installed, thus rendering the device non-functioning. You indicated on the questionnaire of the condition of your item that all functions would work properly on this device. This was incorrect. Unfortunately, based on the inspection of these devices, the payout was appropriate. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.

Sent 2 computers. First one was an ultrabook quoted at ~$260. Got $20 instead because they couldn't be bothered to ask for the password for the completely clean installation. Will use any small cosmetic thing as excuse to massively deduct payout even though the electronics are still in good condition (it's a computing device, not a fashion accesory...). Didn't get anything for the second one. Not even notification that they weren't paying me anything for it. EDIT: The 2nd one did eventually get processed. That was evaluated more fairly. But this service is still definitely not for anything that is slightly above average computing power.

Thank you for your feedback! Looking at your devices, it seems you selected "Accept The Price" before check out. This selection means you have seen and accept both the low to high range quote for your item, and once the inspection is complete, your payout is sent immediately. You were alternatively given the option of "Contact Me" which states you have the chance to discuss device condition, and have device returned. Our Inspection Department indicated for your Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 2nd Gen: Device is password locked, screen has visible blemishes and scratches, LCD Back Cover has scratches/scuffs, keyboard shows heavy wear, Bottom Case has scratches/scuffs and is missing rubber foot pads, and the battery does not hold 80% max mAh rating. Our Inspection Department indicated for your Lenovo IdeaPad Y480 Series: Device is password locked, LCD Bezel is loose/broken, LCD Back Cover has scratches/scuffs, Bottom Case has scratches/scuffs, Keyboard is worn, and Palmrest is worn. Unfortunately, based on the inspection of these devices, the payout was appropriate. Payout was sent for both devices via PayPal per your request on May 17 and May 24, 2018. Please contact us if you have still not received these. We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied.

A simple and easy process to follow online and also prompt follow up via email from their support dept regarding my inquiry for my selected items. The confirmation, payment options and pre-paid shipping label made a no-brainer option to sell my used items.
