I was quoted an acceptable amount for my product however when they reviewed it they messed up and apparently don’t know how to read because they quoted me less because I marked a box “wrong” when In their explaination they answered the question the same way I did. I was not informed of circumstances and due to this they marked off another question wrong because of their negligence. They pretty much stole my product and did not respond to my email asking them to review their huge mistake. I was paid 4 times less than originally promised and feel cheated because an employee didn’t read the question correctly. I will never use these people again if I could get my device back I would.

This selection means you have seen and accept the LOW to HIGH range quote for your item, and once the inspection is complete, your payout is sent immediately. You were alternatively given the option of "Contact Me" which states you have the chance to discuss the device condition, and have the device returned. Our Inspection Department did make a slight error on your order, and selected one of the fields incorrectly. However, this error resulted in you being paid more for your device than you should have been. With the error being fixed, the payment would have been $6 less. We have also not received any messages or emails from you regarding this order, or any other orders. Please contact us through your order so we may attempt to speak with you further.
