SellaGadgetReviews of sellagadget.com

SellaGadget was very easy to use and gave me a great deal for my old laptop! I always hate selling old things, so they usually end up sitting around until they're worthless. With SellaGadget, this wasn't a problem. The entire process was so simple and painless, and I got a fantastic deal!

Detailed inspection and quick But with the cost of paying for a shipping box plus protection even thought they provided me a few shipping slip, I could only get 6 dollars back instead of 21 dollars that they offer. So be thoughtful whether it is worth your money and time.

I've sold many gadgets to various sites (Gazelle, Best Buy, etc.) and my experience with sellagadget.com was definitely one of the best! Reasons why I had an excellent experience with sellagadget.com: - Website interface was intuitive and it was easy to find my specific laptop model, which is not a common Lenovo model - Simple set of questions to get your estimated offer, and I liked the feature that allows you to accept a lower offer if there is a discrepancy with the condition, or get in contact with sellagadget.com for more information. Not all websites give you this option - Once I accepted the offer, shipping label was sent immediately and the website is well integrated with UPS to track - Once received, the process was very quick! I got an inspection update within a few hours of receipt. My offer was revised due to some wear/condition items that I had interpreted differently, but I had chosen the "Contact Me" option in this case, and Customer Service was very quick to respond to my questions. I agreed with their findings and will still accept their revised offer, which was fair. Overall, I thought this was an easy and fast way to sell my laptop. I would maybe have two small suggestions to improve what is already a great process: - It would be good to have a pop-up or more information (or examples of wear) on each listed grade/condition in the cosmetic condition of the estimate form. That way, it would be much clearer and will avoid disagreements on condition. - The packing slip was emailed to me along with the shipping label, but it would be good to have a link on the website (maybe next to the Reprint Shipping Label link) that could also be used. Like I said, minor suggestions but that would definitely help make this an even easier way to sell. I look forward to doing business with sellagadget.com again!

I gave an honest review answering the questions your website asked. When I got the evaluation of the delivered product there were details not listed that were lumped into the categories of quality that were not listed thus misleading me to believe my phone would fetch a decent price of $87. After YOUR evaluation I get $29 and I think what a ripoff! If I would have believed I would only get $29 I would have never have sold it to you guys. To make matters worse, when you do your evaluation I don't even get a chance to revoke the sale so yeah, I feel like I've been ripped off or robbed. You won't get any recommendations from me to my friends I can promise you that. The only reason I give you two stars instead of one is the design of your website and how well it's set up, it's just the devious way you all do business that knocks you to a poor review. To reply to SellaGadget's response, after further review after they said something about it, the range is listed, but in an obscure fashion. User beware, before you hit the 'Accept the Price' button there is a dollar range to the right of this button and in my opinion, has no labeling what it means. Again, I think this is deceitful. SellaGadget says there are screen blemishes and such, users reading this need to know that this phone before it left the store has been in a Otterbox case. The screen had zero scratches on it, but it did have a very tiny chip in the upper left corner has some finish issues with the corners likely caused by the case over time. When I was filling out SellaGadget's questions finding these spots took me a couple of looks for me to notice and note in my review as not flawless but in 'Good' condition. All I can say, don't be shock if you get a lower price than expected for your device. Anybody that was looking for an S6 would have jumped at buying this phone for $87. I know I would have. That's all. Good luck to you if you move forward with this company.

I compared many sites and SellaGadget gave me the best prices by far - also would accept my old items that had no value for recycling, which is also important to me. Fast, simple, and superior to other sites!

I received my quote online and it was higher than other places so I thought I’d give them a try. I was honest about the specs so I’ll keep this at 5 stars unless the offer comes in less. So far this has been very easy and I’m not expecting any surprises. Update-price dropped by half so I was not at all happy with their evaluation of my tablet. Won’t be using them again.

Super quick to inspect my computer and when I was told I forgot to take the password off, I emailed them the password and they quickly reinspected my computer. So thankful they didn’t make me re do the whole process because I’m forgetful.

Best offer I received after checking on several sites. Website was easy to navigate and instructions for packing and shipping were simple and easy to follow. My new go-to site when I want to sell my items.
