They take advantage of you... A working laptop they dropped from 124 to 21 for nothing.... The windows 10 on the device costs more than 21... I only accept because I'm traveling overseas and tight on time.

We can see here you did not attempt to discuss the device condition with us through our members area, and instead accepted the offer after our inspection.
