I have changed my original review from 5 to 1 stars because they lowered my quoted values on my iPhones SE from $109 to $55 stating that the condition was good and not flawless because of discoloration of back and sides and that the USB chord was damaged for one and from $109 to $32 because it was missing the USB adapter and there where scratches. These phone have had covers and screen protectors since purchase. I saw none of the flaws quoted, nor did they provide a pic. I would send in a USB for $5 if we got more money back. Also we where still using those cables and they worked fine with no damage, one just had black stuff on it, but it was not damaged. I DO NOT recommend using them and never will again. I will go back to Gazelle next time.

A good start. This is my first transaction and it's still in progress but the site is clear, the shipping terms are easy to understand and all seems to be going well. Update: VERY FAST. From their receiving of the laptops I shipped in on my first order to money showing up in my PayPal account was less than 8 hours. Fair pricing and quick service. Compared to a few other vendors I've used recently that have had upwards of a month delay, this is fantastic.
