Fast, easy selling experience. Gave me the highest quote for an old tablet of several companies I tried online. Love that they provide a prepaid label to send it to them by UPS, as the UPS shipping cost can be so high on heavy electronics. Good follow-up automated emails to remind me to ship the item after I didn't do it for a couple of days after completing the sale online.
