No shipping box was provided. Customer service is not answering emails
Response from SellaGadgetSep 17, 2018
Thank you for feedback. We are unsure where you got the impression a box and packing material would be sent to you, but unfortunately we do not offer those items. We do, however provide a free pre-paid label for all our customers. Regarding Customer Service allegedly not answering emails, they have replied to every email that you have sent. Your first email to us on Sept 12th was answered on the same day. The second and most recent email we received was on Sept 15th. As we do not work on the weekends, we were not able to answer that email until today. We have since replied and let you know that we are not able to supply any shipping boxes or packaging materials.
