If I ever need storage again, I will be back here again! Place is clean and their security is great, leaving you at ease knowing your belongings are safe.

My concern with Self Storage 1 is that, probably like other storage facilities, they offer a reasonable rate and then jack the price up in a few months. Once you’ve moved in it’s a hassle to move out for that incremental (but extortionist) hundred or more bucks a month. This has happened to me two times with a Self Storage One (I should have learned the first time). And what really irks me is when I move out they offer a discounted rate. Why couldn’t they have just kept me happy as my faith in their customer commitment started to wane? There is a psychology here and it’s not a pro-customer stance; I don’t take it away from a company to make a profit. I just want them to be committed to the customer even before they threaten to leave.

I needed a storage place for a short time. Self storage was understanding of my needs. When it was time to remove my stuff, they did not pressure me into staying, and even refunding the partial monthly payment back. Excellent service. VERY friendly staff. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
