The staff at storage one are really…
The staff at storage one are really fabulous. Pleasant and very accommodating. I rent multiple units and move in and out often as my business needs change. They are helpful at helping me make the most economic choices for my storage needs. Always clean and welll maintained.

Self storage 1 is the best spot in the city to get a storage unit It is super clean, well lit, nice music selection, affordable prices and Security!! Paris and Miss S are the most friendly, genuine workers who I am excited to talk to when I visit! Coffee and water with bathrooms! That is definitely a plus. Thanks Collin for the wonderful spot

I had a great experience with Self…
I had a great experience with Self Storage 1. I like that they have a bathroom and coffee/water if needed while on site. The front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the moving truck to help move in locally. Parking is very easy inside gate and felt safe at all time.

Everyone from this storage place is awesome to work with, from my 2 favorite ladies at the front desk to the manager, I am glad I found this place for my storage. Thank you for the peace of mind that I have with my belongings.

Disappointing
The employees and Collin arent on the same page. Also it took Collin over a week and still never returned my call. Horrible customer service.

Hi Jules, We sincerely apologize about the miscommunication. Every tenant is billed on the 1st of the month, and we give a grace period until the 5th. We are here to make things go as smooth as possible, and when a problem occurs we do our best to find a solution. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please stop by the office.
