I definitely do not recommend it. After placing my order, I didn't hear anything for over a month. When I contacted customer service multiple times, they told me that the product was not available. After several more weeks, it finally became available, and I received it. Unfortunately, the quality of the jewelry is also very disappointing. Charms keep falling off, and the effort and price were simply not worth it.

I ordered from this company and upon first wear, the ring was beautiful and comfortable. However, upon only second wear, one of the stones has fallen out. I have spent over 2 weeks trying to contact the support team to assist with this, with no response or even acknowledgement from Selenichast. Really disappointing as the item was beautiful and now unusable. Edit - following the company response received on 21 June, I awaited the email they said they had just sent to me to resolve this. No such email has been sent, and upon reviewing responses to other reviews, they've had a similar misleading response. AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY

Customer service is unacceptable. The item delivered was not the correct jewelry and they did not offer to take care of the return fees although the mistake was on their end. Their warehouse is only available in UK and USA, which cost me 40 euro to sent back, for a piece that was 60euro.

They copy their designs from the french jewellery house Les Nereides and these are poor quality and you can find them on AliExpress. Don’t buy!!

SCAM - they are from aliexpress and cost no more than $10 after shipping. Just search "berry necklace" hopefully this saves some poor sucka from paying these goofs. They will claim they are different than the ones on aliexpress but are identical... because they are from aliexpress. Dont buy from them.

I ordered a necklace and bracelet from this 'business', only to find out they are dropshipping cheap jewelry from Aliexpress that costs a tenth of the price. Scam

Just so you guys know, this is a drop shipping scam!! I found most of their products on AliExpress for between 2-5 bucks.. don’t waste your money

I spent $80 on jewelry from this company 2 weeks ago , and i have not received a shipping notification ! Now I hear of how cheap the jewelry is if they do receive anything !!!! BEWARE !!!!! Update: I finally received the jewelry. If I could return it all I would. Not great quality. The color of the gold tones vary. Weird. One was not as described at all and can't be worn. Definitely not worth the money I paid !
