The delivery time was 2 weeks. What surprises me is that you can not actually prove where the jewelry is made and which material they make it from as I really doubt this is all coated in gold as they state on their website. The CS hesitantly told me that they make it in China after I asked a couple of times. Unfortunately, the grapefruit pearl anklet broke after I wore it 1 time - the grapefruit charm just split apart and got lost somewhere. And this sucks as this was pricey for the quality of the product they offer. I’ll not order anything from them again and I do not recommend it unless you want to get ali express quality for increased price.

Girl, don't do it, don't buy. It is a cheap ass bijou pretending to be some ish. I was super excited about the cute berry bracelets I immediately ordered two. Arrived after two weeks which is not bad. Immediately put it on. I kid you not, after the first day, it broke!!! The second one broke after a week! The parts are connected with cheap jump rings that just open without knowing. Now, 30 bucks for a bracelet is not the most expensive bijouterie but it is not a small amount. I asked for a refund. The staff didn't even consider that and just sent a replacement of the same model! Like what the heck, the same model that broke after a day of wearing it. Honestly, keep it. Just remember girls, this is not worth your money.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Selenichast. I ordered a bracelet (Order #45007) for $50, and not even a week after receiving it, the gold color started wearing off, turning the bracelet a reddish color. The quality is utterly abysmal. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service to request a refund, they refused and instead repeatedly offered a replacement of the same low-quality item. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from Selenichast. Save your money and avoid the frustration. Terrible product and even worse customer service.

EDIT - finally arrived a month after ordering but when I took it out of the package the clasp broke in two different places. I would return it but its not worth the hassle. I WOULDN'T BUY AGAIN, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE I placed an order on the 27th of last month and I still haven't received a shipping email which is unacceptable. I have messaged their customer support who are quite frankly useless, all they are saying is it will ship the day after which never happens. I really wouldn't recommend ordering from here, I understand a few weeks if its been shipped BUT it hasn't.

I received the order pretty quickly. Unfortunately, by mistake, I received three pairs of earrings instead of earrings and a bracelet. I wrote to the company asking for a return and exchange. In response to my emails and chat information, I only received responses to dispose of me. The company clearly makes the return difficult. I wanted an exchange, but now I don't want this jewelry at all!

I fell for the social media ads of the cute berry jewellery from Selenichast! The quality is ok, some of the pieces are pretty, but I had to return a couple of items (a £50 fruit charm bracelet which wasn't worth the money as it didn't look good in person let alone worth £50, a berry bracelet with a dodgy/broken clasp, & lily of the valley necklace that I just didn't like). Shockingly, this company do not provide a returns shipping label: you have to pay out of pocket for any returns. I had to pay £9 to the post office to return the parcel worth about £100. Of course this is hidden/ not made clear when you make the order, even though we assume that any decent online retailer would offer free returns labels. So this is my warning to you: Selenichast will make you waste money to return any items, even if they are faulty on arrival. Edit: Amanda, you mustn't have any conscience because you're outright lying... No one reached out to me to follow up on this matter lmao. It's telling that there's not even an apology in her little response below

There is no return for items as the provided emails and phone numbers do not answer. So be aware that you may get the item but will be stuck if it does not work or if it is defective. Order 43138

I received a necklace and bracelet from my son on Mother's Day l wore it once and it broke, the bracelet. I called the customer service 4 times left a message it is now June 11 2024 and they still haven't call back. Very disappointed.
