The sauna is exactly as I expected. I had to get a very small one because of space limitations, but it does the trick. Customer service has been top-notch. They’ve answered my questions and solved a couple of small issues I had.

Purchased a sauna to use. Issue with the bands that came with the unit. Contacted company, it’s been a week and still waiting for 2 steel bands to be sent, so I can finish setting up the sauna. Currently using it to store all the remaining items of the sauna.

Hi there, We are aware of ongoing delays with replacement parts from this manufacturer, and while I won’t flood you with the back-and-forth, please know this has involved repeated escalation on our end. At this point, I have likely sent hundreds of emails over the past few months, trying to get this addressed. Unfortunately, we don’t physically stock or ship these parts ourselves, so we’re dependent on their timelines, which definitely leads to disappointment at times. We are doing everything we can to ensure this is improved in future. Alex
