I’m a long time customer and have never had to complain before. I ordered three one pound boxes that were shipped UPS second day air. They just arrived almost 1week to the minute later! The bubble wrap was deflated, boxes obviously bounced around, chocolate “dust” all over the boxes. Dark chocolates look worse for the wear! These are my daughter’s favorite Christmas treat and are looking a little shabby this year. Very disappointed this year! S. Hannibal

Same experience as lady with the long post on 12/17..same situation, have ordered Sees online for MANY YEARS/ ordered 12/12---picked the shipping that would have it to me no later than 12/19. On 12/15 i checked the UPS shipping/ said label created (had i known i would have raised cain then)...so then called Monday the 16th/ got a lady who said its been shipped. ok fine . Next day, checked, same thing "label created" ..called again/ lady said "UPS IS DOWN" which i now know was a LIE. it was sitting in their warehouse at SEES/ so by the 3rd time i called, i left an email instead/ 4 paragraphs saying how disappointed i was getting the run around/ ..at 1:54 am next moring the package "MYSTERIOUSLY " updated, and passed "label created" to UPS picked up/ .will be delivered Dec 23rd. (which was too late for my family in town on SUNDAY of the Holidays..so i guess that was ok- But today (12/21) looked at the UPS site..said it will not be here until 12/24. THIS IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT> no warning, no "we are sorry email back" .no adjustment or credit on my purchase/ this is very 3rd world treatment/..saying something will be here to me on 12/19. then lame sitting in warehouse, and if i hadn't bumped the ship it would still be./ NOW i find out - they do not in any way accept returns for REFUNDS? how lame/ very ridiculous. Their phone people are very slow & very UNknowledgable/ and lie. So i will NOT be ordering from Sees again in any future on this earth. Very disappointed, their stuff is expensive, but good. Never have been this disappointed w/no remedy/ Sees Candy ---you suck

I thought they were excellent as a person and family who Livies candy they were outstanding

I placed an order on Dec 9 and was told my items would be shipped between Dec 12-18. Tracking still shows a label was created in LA and waiting on the items to ship. I have emailed Sees candy 2 times and the the company in LA who is waiting for the package. I also stayed on the phone twice for 45 minutes today with Sees candy and no one ever took my call. I went to their facebook and posted and got a response from someone that said it would be resolved. But it's been all day with no resolve. I know this is a reputable company that has been in business forever, but I don't know what else to do. Has anyone had issues with them lately this season? I spent a lot of money for this Christmas gift and want it to be resolved.

I placed an on-line order on 12/17, 2nd day air., See's has always, for 53 years been a staple of Christmas for our family, especially for my 85 year old father, he has dementia and Parkinson, he has become very obsessive, I spend my time jumping through hoops to quiet him, give him a little peace, clamness, ya know. its Christmas so there MUST be See's candy. I like many dont have time to stand in line, so order on-line right? Told my father I ordered on line, told him 2nd day air Dad, we counted the days. 12/19 comes and I rush home from work at 4pm, nothing there..ok its early, my dad calls...it' early Dad...5pm, no not yet Dad, 6pm, 7pm...I decide to track the package....wow...there is only a LABEL MADE...no product sent. I call customer service...42:36 minutes on hold I get some a very tired,annoyed voice on the other end...that woman had the nerve to tell me that ups was broken, she had been fielding calls all day. i need to wait till the end of the day...it was 7pm where i was, so I asked her, "whats the end of the day" and she said I dont know, i dont even know where you are...WHAT...arent you looking at my order???? she told me it was too early for me to call and i needed to wait till the end of day..next day...NO order, I call customer service again...waited another hour to only get another rude woman who tried to tell me my package is on its way...no, its not there has only been a label issued...and she HUNG UP ON ME..OH MY GOD...really. So, I all back and hit 1 for orders, I get a very nice woman on the phone who wants to help but, she cant because she cant issue a refund...I ask for a supervisor, who said Twanita explained my situation and she was going to see what she could do, asked if I could hold for a minute...38mins later...she never came back, i finally hung up. later I call the Corp offices in CA, talk with a receptionist who directs me to a lady named Kim who I leave a voice mail for that was about 1pm today...nothing, I have emailed customer service, nothing...I am currently sitting on hold as I type this...been waiting for 59:51 minutes for someone to pick up...I just want my MONEY BACK SEE"S CANDY...this is a scam...stay away!! 12/20 at 6:57pm

My favorite chocolates since I was a little girl. My sister loves to send me a custom box of my special favorites... Dark Chocolate Nougat and Dark Chocolate Coconut. mJust sorry that this year she ordered this same custom mix but what I got was Milk Chocolate Rum Nougats. After we notified the company, See's made good on the proper order and sent the correct custom order a week lately. Just reading about Warren Buffet... I hope that the See's full time employees are paid a living wage-- $15 an hour should be a minimum.

The candy is great. The price is to high. Liberal billionaire Warren Buffett owns sees. He said minimum wage should be $15.00 An hour. He pays his employees $11.00 an hour. What a hypocrite. I guess that's why he is a billionaire. Talk a good story and screw the worker.

This is a new experience with these chocolates...I received a surprise package a couple days ago....inside were 2 packages of your chocolates....I LOVE chocolates.....one box of soft centers and one of chewy/nutty chocolates!! They are so good....I was surprised when I bit into a soft center and found blueberry!!!..then strawberry!! Delicious.....and I thank the folks from Conn. that sent them to me!!
