Maybe it was me maybe they didn't make it clear enough that someone has to be home to sign for this package. I understand that now and I understand why but for us folks that work and they're not home during the day they need to make it clear that you can ship to UPS center. They responded well to my email and I like the service. I just think they need to be clearer on the delivery other than that, I would've gave it a five or five

I recently received a shipment and one of the bottles had leaked. I contacted Seelbach’s on a Sunday to let them know and on Monday I received notification that my replacement bottle had been shipped. I have used Seelbach’s several times in the past and I have always had great experiences with them and their customer service.

These folks have gone out of their way to make sure the experience was worth the time to purchase from them.

Seelbach's has a great selection of interesting, harder to find bourbon and rye. Ordering is easy, shipping is on time and customer service is excellent if there is ever an issue.
