Met friendly folks at the warehouse to pickup an online order. In fact, as I was the first to pickup agave spirits order - 1 being a tasty 5 Sentidos Sierra Negra de Cuero, Alex gifted me a couple of Seelbach tasting glasses. Cool!

It’s a great place to find awesome bottles and products. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars are the hours. No weekend hours makes it really hard to go more often.

Maybe it was me maybe they didn't make it clear enough that someone has to be home to sign for this package. I understand that now and I understand why but for us folks that work and they're not home during the day they need to make it clear that you can ship to UPS center. They responded well to my email and I like the service. I just think they need to be clearer on the delivery other than that, I would've gave it a five or five

I had a problem with an order not showing up. A few e-mails went unanswered, but after I contacted customer service, they took care of the order within a few days. Hats off to customer service for taking care of my order. Thanks

I am always cautious when buying higher priced items through the internet. I have purchased more bottles of bourbon than I should from Seelbach's and have been extremely happy with not only the selection, the price and the customer service has been excellent. My last order had an issue. Seelbach's did not include one item in my order and then it was not available. They worked with me to find a replacement and then shipped it free of charge. I will keep shopping here via mail order because of there selection and how they dealt with an error.
