Seelbach'sReviews of seelbachs.com

Blake and the team are doing a phenomenal job of curating some eclectic bourbon, rye, whiskey, tequila and other spirits collection. Prices are always reasonable and very commonly at the MSRP. Becoming a pro member has had its benefits. Getting to buy highly sought after spirits a day ahead can’t be beat. Shipping is fast and reliable. Packaging is perfect. Always. I find their weekly review very helpful. Their ratings and ways by which they do and how you get to know your own taste through their reviews is one of a kind and for me has been quite accurate. Communication and promptness is super fast. I usually add some cons or areas for improvement in my reviews. I am struggling to come up with one. But I will try- I have a wish for Seelbach’s to stay eclectic and contained. It has all the right ingredients to become very big and I hope it can stay great while it does that. I know it will.

Seelbach's is not your standard online liquor store. Instead we n this website you can find a mix of micro and craft distilled spirits (primarily bourbon), that will make any spirit nerds, heart desires to check the next page. While others are out hunting an allocated bottle of this or that, you are getting it's future predecessor, it competition, and it's potential cousin or half brother. Unlike Liquor sites, you find distillers here, who are passionate about their craft, their ingredients, and their time honored traditions in creating a memory, and moment in an individual or individuals live(s), that is accented or brought together by their final product. That's the product the website is filled with quick responsive representatives and managers that want you to enjoy the product, so you can find that experience as they have. A website that isn't about marking up the product to take in the money, but instead wants to sell as close to MSRP as possible to bring you into their experience and collective...even into their bourbon bunch. This allows you to feel loved and appreciated the word of fine quality distilled spirits, crafted by people who love the, and sold by those that enjoy it with you.

Great customer service! An item I’d been wanting came back in stock after I had already placed an order. I emailed asking to add the item and they quickly responded saying it’s been done. I appreciate how quick they were to catch the order before it shipped and fulfilled my request!

Seelbach's has consistently provided excellent customer service since I began ordering from them about a year ago. Any inquiries have been addressed timely and professionally. They offer the best online alcohol delivery service I've experienced.

Customer service is amazing!! Other company's need to take notes and follow their lead.

Great products, great service. Overall great website with many products to choose from. Never disappointed.

Seelbach’s is the distributor for my favorite distillery. I was concerned about the number of unfavorable reviews. So I reached out to Blake and expressed my concerns. He addressed my concerns by sharing their volume and breakage rate details, rather than trying to minimize my concerns. I took a chance and placed an order. The shipment arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I’m not sure what happened to the folks who’ve described very different experiences in their reviews. But I can tell you my experience was as positive as it could be and I have already placed a second order with them.

THANK YOU! We moved from Chicago to south FL a couple of years ago and I was so shocked by how bourbon allocations would change from one city to another. While I could get almost all allocated bottles in Chicago, there are not many craft or allocated portfolio in FL. For me this gap is now being filled by Seelbach’s. I bought a few bottles right around Christmas time and while processing took a few days, the bottles arrived on time. Packaging was immaculate, my bottles were first bubble wrapped and then put into air filled wraps (see pic). I asked a question yo support and they responded within 30 min and back and forth traffic was within minutes and resolved my concern. The best part of my experience is when I joined their BorbonPro membership. I have been getting early release alerts of their private barrels from dozens of companies, free shipping on orders etc. I received a generic welcome email from Blake ending with “feel free to reach out if you have any questions”. I said yeah right, then, just for kicks, I sent a personalized note to him and a couple of days later, he responded with a personalized note back. Bottom line for me is that this is a great company with a personalized service from generic support team to Blake himself. I would recommend it anyone who loves spirits and want to try new things and grow into spirits culture
